🎙 Drumroll, please… My brand-new podcast/vodcast, A Very Mary Commentary, has officially dropped! Episode 1 (Part 1) is titled RHOV - The 10-Year Revisit. Can you believe it’s already been a decade since The Real Housewives of Vancouver left our screens? Yet, the questions are still rolling in! People want to know: Do I still keep in touch with any of the cast? How did I land a spot on the show? Was it scripted? And the big one—was Jody really as mean as she seemed? A few months back, I asked my Facebook fam to hit me with their most burning RHOV questions, and wow, did you all deliver! So, I figured, why not use this as the perfect subject to relaunch my podcast and dive into all those juicy details? To help me out, I brought in my good friend @brooke_schultz , who I met during filming, to moderate the madness. This was my pet squirrel 🐿️ I rescued from birth after he fell from a tree and his mother was deceased. I had him all through college. He was the best companion like a dog or a cat. My heart goes out to the family that had their squirrel Peanut (& raccoon) unnecessarily euthanized in NY. Like me, the owners had their squirrel since birth and he showed no signs of having rabies. It’s just heartbreaking. This family had also started an animal sanctuary called P’Nuts Freedom Farm where they cared for countless animals in need. Among them was Fred the raccoon, another dear soul who was also taken from him and put down. My heart aches for all the loss they have endured. This is not a political statement, it is a humanitarian one. However, it is NOT okay for the government to barge in your home and kill your pets!!! Feeling so blessed to have been able to celebrate another year in this life. I have had much loss over the past few years and the hardships have shown me now more than ever to cherish each and every moment I am given here on this earth. Aging is a privilege and time is the greatest gift of all. Being with the people we love, and soaking in every second good and bad is something that ultimately teaches us what our purpose is meant to be in life. I am thankful and feel so fortunate. Thank you to everyone who has filled my days in the past year with so much love!! 🙏❤️
