MATCHA COOKIES! 🍪🍵 Full Recipe Below (Gluten Free) I think I’ll make these after every date for whoever I’m trying to impress… 😂 —— What you’ll need: - 1/2 cup almond butter (the runnnier, the better) - 1/2 cup pure maple syrup - 1 tsp vanila extract - 1/2 cup almond flour - 1/2 cup 1:1 gluten-free flour blend - 1/2 tsp baking powder - 1/4 tsp salt - 4 tsp matcha powder (I use @cymbiotika) - 1-2 scoops protein powder (I use @paleovalley) - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips What you’ll do: 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare your baking sheet with parchment paper 2. Combine all WET ingredients (almond butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup) in a large mixing bowl then whisk/stir until smooth 3. Add all dry ingredients to your mixture, then mix well — this will be VERY thick 4. Add your white chocolate chips to the mixture then fold in 5. Roll your dough into balls, place evenly on your baking sheet, then smush slightly 6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, then let cool for 3 to 5 minutes 7. Why you should get your blood tested… ⬇️👌🏼 1) I’m sorry for yelling at you in the video — it was loud at the @hyroxamerica venue in Las Vegas (ELECTRIC). 2) If you have wondered why you don’t wake up with energy, feel groggy, or overall unmotivated, there COULD be something deeper going on.
