Chopped off all my hair so… Let me reintroduce myself! 🙋‍♀️ My name is Healthy Emmie! 🫶 I’m a Nutritionist, Weight Loss Specialist, Holistic Health Coach and creator of the Slim Program! 🌿🥑 Here’s a bit about me...! 🌆1. I live in Boston with my fiancé and two cats.🐱🐱 ☀️2. My IDEAL weekend: waking up before the sunrise, going for a run, buying produce at the farmer’s market, treating myself to a massage, home-cooked healthy meals, staying in, doing my skincare routine and going to bed early. 🏡3. I grew up in the Boston area with two older bros and LOVE living so close to my parents. (My mom is my BFF!) 👯‍♀️ 🥑4. I’ve eaten a plant-based diet for almost 10 yrs! 🇬🇧5. My favorite place in the world is London. I was lucky enough to study abroad there and it was the most magical semester of my life. ✏️6. I got ONE A- my 1st semester of college that prevented me from graduating with a 4.0 and it still haunts me to this day. 🇦🇺7. At 23, I moved Australia alone and worked as a math teacher. 👩‍💼8. Six yrs ago, I started my own biz while working full time in Australia. (I worked 4AM-7AM and 5PM-9PM on my biz. Within 3 months, I left teaching!) 🤝9. I’ve had the honor of working with 4,000 clients in my program and watching their lives transform before my very eyes. 🧑‍🧑‍🧒10. My parents went through my program and live a plant-based lifestyle! 🏃‍♀️11. I LOVE to run. I ran track, still run everyday, and still have track nightmares at night. (iykyk) ⚽️12. I played soccer growing up. (Still love it!) 🤔13. I have an INSANE memory. I can recite 50 digits of Pi, all of my friends home and cell phone numbers, and my school locker combinations. 🫣14. In college, I was caught feeding the stray cats on campus right after housing sent an email specifically saying NOT to feed them. L O L. 🥰15. I am deeply inspired by the privilege of watching my clients embrace a new lease on life. RECIPE 👇 1/2 cup non dairy milk 1/2 cup tea (use teecino or dandy blend for a coffee-like flavor) 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree 2 tablespoons maple syrup 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon Directions: Lazy girl way: Mix together the first 3 ingredients and pop it in the microwave until warm, then stir in the maple syrup and spice/cinnamon.
