TOMPOUCE: A typical Dutch pastry, but in a low calorie version 😋 Made with a custard filling, and a sweet glaze on top. I also added some ‘tompouce’ flavored protein powder in the filling and the glaze, but that’s not necessary for this recipe. Ingredients: makes 1 ▪️Thin crispbread crackers (2pc) ▪️(Almond) milk (100ml) ▪️Cornstarch based (vanilla) pudding powder (8g) ▪️Sweetener (to taste) ▪️Powdered sweetener (tablespoon) Directions: ▪️Make the custard filling by mixing the pudding powder with almond milk, and some sweetener if needed. Microwave until it thickens ▪️Pour the custard in a shape similar to the crisp breads, and let it set in the fridge for at least an hour ▪️Put the custard in between two crispbreads ▪️Mix the powdered sweetener with a few drops of water to form a thick glaze. YOGURT MOUSSE A soft, creamy and fluffy yogurt mousse ☁️ It tastes amazing, and it has a light & airy texture. Ingredients: makes 1 serving ▪️High protein drink yogurt (150ml) ▪️Gelatin (3g) ▪️Water/milk (25ml) ▪️Sweetener (optional/to taste) Directions: ▪️Whip the drink yogurt with a mixer until it’s foamy. PECAN BREAD 🍞 A simple egg white bread recipe, with lots of tiny pecan pieces that add extra flavor 😍 It tastes perfect when you eat it plain, but you can top it with yogurt, butter, cottage cheese or other toppings! I didn’t do it myself, but you can also add cinnamon to it for even more flavor. CUSTARD FLAN 🍮 A very simple recipe using only 3 ingredients! You’ll need custard/pudding powder (cornstarch based, unsweetened), milk of choice and granulated sweetener. Ingredients: makes 1 serving ▪️Custard powder (12g) ▪️(Unsweetened almond) milk (160ml) ▪️Any sweetener (for the flan itself) ▪️Granulated sweetener (erythritol based, an alternative to ‘brown sugar’ tastes even better) (about a teaspoon) Directions: ▪️Mix the custard powder with milk and some sweetener, and microwave until it thickens ▪️In a small bowl add granulated sweetener and a few drops of water. STRACCIATELLA CAKE 🎂 A soft sponge cake, with a creamy cottage cheese filling, with lots of tiny stracciatella bits 🤍 Ingredients: make 1 small cake, 4 servings ▪️Egg whites (70g / 2 medium) ▪️Flour (30g) ▪️Baking powder (small pinch) ▪️Granulated sweetener (25g/ to taste) Filling & topping ▪️Low fat cottage cheese (or thick yogurt)(100g) ▪️Sweetener (to taste) ▪️Dark chocolate (10g) Directions: ▪️Pre heat the oven at 180C (355F) ▪️Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks start to form ▪️Add the other cake base ingredients and mix carefully with a spoon ▪️Put the mixture in a prepared cake shape and bake for +-25 minutes ▪️Once finished baking, let it cool ▪️Mix the cottage cheese with sweetener and blend until smooth.
