🚽💩 “Tell me about the good kind of diarrhea” 🤔 If only there was a “good” kind of IBS-D… but if you’ve dealt with urgent, unpredictable bathroom trips, you know there’s nothing funny about it. 😣 The truth? Not all diarrhea is the same. Here are just some examples: ✅ Flare-up diarrhea – Happens after days of constipation, then BOOM. Your gut clears out all at once. ✅ Overflow diarrhea – You feel like you’re “going” all day but never actually feel empty. Kinzie’s Story: Why Cutting Out Foods Didn’t Work 💬 “I was so afraid to eat any foods because I would be in the bathroom immediately afterward.
