A stormy day in Scotland yesterday with a rare Red Alert warning for wind. Not much fun if you suffer damage or injury, of course, but I love observing the power of nature in storms with scenes a bit like these. Maybe you do too? Hello everyone. I hope the new year has started well for you. A number of you have been kind enough to observe me not posting and enquire after my wellbeing. So I thought I’d share with you that I’ve been feeling pretty down and out of sorts having been ill for a while. As a consequence, I have not been travelling so much and have recently been feeling almost like I’ve fallen out of love with photography (and posting on Instagram) for the first time in about 10 years! 😢 That’s very odd for me, but I’m just trying to accept it as it is. I’m sure it’s just a temporary thing and I hope to be back sharing with you all again sometime soon. 🙏 The shots posted here are not from my recent travels, but I hope you enjoy them for now nonetheless. LOCATION INFO. I enjoyed a lovely walk at Loch Tay today with great views towards a snowy Ben Lawers, and wanted to share it with you too. I like to start this walk from Remony on the south side of the loch just before you reach the Falls of Acharn and follow the track up from there. Maybe you know this walk?
