👋 Howdy, I’m happy you’re here. I haven’t posted an “introduction” since 6k followers, so I figured I’d talk about myself and what I do for all you new folks. I’m not a flashy person. I do my best to provide realistic results, overdeliver on my training products, and have a little fun with it all. What you see is what you get. If you like that, then shoot me a DM to talk about training and rehab services. Or cut me out and go for the @broken2beast protocol. It’ll get you jacked, mobile, and feeling good. I’ve got a bunch of posture programs like the Swayback Solution coming out this year but they’re a bit delayed because the whole overdelivering thing. With all all that said, thanks for following me. I hope I can provide clear, fun content that you continue to enjoy. #fitness #physicaltherapy #chiropractic #onlinetraining #onlinetrainer #thisisme #getjacked #mobilitytraining

💬 Comment “Mobility” and I’ll send you the link to download ❤️ Please share with someone that could benefit from this program 🙏🏻 🏆 My goal with this free program and ebook is to provide action and clarity around posture and mobility. 🤝 There’s so much B.S. out there around these topics and my hope is that you read this and have a more concrete understanding of what posture is and what it’s not. 📚 All this while providing you with education on how to assess your own posture and 3 programs with exercises I use with all of my clients to make real, lasting changes. 🤩 I include 12 of my most used exercises for anterior pelvic tilt, swayback posture, and forward head + rounded shoulders. ⏱️ I’m going to run this program for free for the next couple of months, but I’ll most likely begin to sell it for $$$ in the next 2-3 months. 🆓 So get it for free while you still can! ❤️ And share this with a friend that could benefit from a little posture and mobility work. #posture #posturecorrection #postureexercises #mobility #mobilitytraining #hipmobility #anteriorpelvictilt #swayback #forwardheadposture #goodposture #betterposture #badposture

If you want results like this then DM me “Mobility” and I’ll get you set up with a free posture and movement assessment. Working with Jarrett these past 3.5 months has been great. He’s hard working, motivated, and open to pushing his himself. It’s been awesome to watch him get out of pain and gain confidence in his body’s abilities… and this is just the beginning. Over this next month, I’m looking for 5 motivated professionals who want to get rid of their chronic aches and pains and become the strongest version of themself. You’ll work with me one-on-one over the next 6 months to improve your mobility, reduce your pain, and gain some strength. And if I can’t do that in 6 months I’ll work with you for free till you’re out of pain guaranteed. #posture #mobility #mobilitytraining #strengthtraining #physicaltherapy #chiropractic

Which shoulder was more limited? Trick question, they were both limited. Specifically in more shoulder extension on the right and more shoulder external rotation on the left (though both sides needed some TLC). Some quick traction work on both sides open up both mobility restrictions and improved some posture as a positive side effect 👍🏼 💥 If you like this then, check out my free posture and mobility program. 🔥 Unlock Your Shoulder Extension for Healthy Shoulders & Optimal Lifts 🔥 Struggling with dips, bench press, or just feeling tight? Your shoulder extension might be holding you back. If you can’t hit 45° and above, you’re likely compensating with trap tension, impingement, and poor pec activation. Here’s the fix: ✅ Loosen up the pecs, pec minor, & subclavius muscles ✅ Expand the chest with proper breathing ✅ Load the extension mobility gains smartly (no shoulder hiking!) Swipe through & try these exercises out! 💥 If you like these moves then, check out my free posture and mobility program. It’s packed with exercises I’ve used to help fix swayback, anterior pelvic tilt, forward head, rounded shoulders, and other posture-related mobility issues. 💬 Comment “Mobility” below, and I’ll DM you the link to download it! #shouldermobility #painfreegains

Think big picture—are you actually making progress in getting out of chronic pain? Or are you in the same place you were 6-12 months ago? If that’s you… something needs to change. There’s a saying: “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting a different result.” Everyone’s path is different. But the human body is the human body. It’s meant to move, be strong, and be capable. So do just that. See where it takes you. Everything else should support that goal—if not, it’s just noise. 💥 If you vibe with this then check out my free posture and mobility program. It’s packed with exercises I’ve used to help fix swayback, anterior pelvic tilt, forward head, rounded shoulders, and other posture-related mobility issues. 💬 Comment “Mobility” below, and I’ll DM you the link to download it!

Watch This If You Want to Learn a Pistol Squat Pistol squats are like riding a bike—once you get them down, you’ll never forget how to do them. The tricky part? Getting them down in the first place. In this video, I show the 7 movements that helped me learn pistol squats in a progressive and effective way. There are plenty of methods to build up to pistols, but I found that exposing myself to deep ranges of motion with counterbalances worked far better than slowly lowering onto a box at different heights. This approach improved my hip and ankle mobility, coordination, and control through the full range of motion. Plus, incorporating rolling movements to use momentum helped me hit my first clean pistol squats much faster. And don’t stress about ugly reps! Pistols require strength, but they’re more of a skill than pure strength. The key is exposing yourself to the movement consistently and letting your body adapt over time. 💥 If you like these moves then, check out my free posture and mobility program. 💥 Core Strength 💥 A strong core is not only aesthetic but also extremely functional. Being able to manipulate your spine, pelvis, and ribcage through varying degrees of flexion, extension, side bending, rotation, and resisting all these movements transfers over to almost all human movement. Thus, it’s wise to make sure this area of the body is strong and capable in all circumstances, including isometric work, general strength, and power. Above, I share my favorite moves that isolate the core or use it in some capacity. Pick and choose which you like and try them the next time you’re in the gym. 💥 If you like these moves, then check out my free posture and mobility program. Hamstrings are one of the most neglected muscles, and if they’re weak, you’re leaving gains on the table. We’re always told to strengthen the glutes, quads, core, and even hip flexors to improve function. Meanwhile, hamstrings are often stretched into oblivion and forgotten. Strengthening your hamstrings offers huge benefits, including: • Controlling pelvic position, especially in cases of anterior pelvic tilt • Balancing muscle tone to help alleviate low back and knee pain • Controlling knee movement by supporting flexion and tibial rotation for proper mechanics The exercise above is a great place to start. Most people have a foam roller, and the marching component works the hamstrings through balance and isometric contractions—perfect for building functional strength. This move activates the hamstrings with minimal effort. They fire up quickly and get to work. While this is a beginner-friendly exercise, you can easily progress to movements like Swiss ball or machine hamstring curls. That said, it’s an excellent starting point and one I often include in warm-up rotations. 💥 If this approach resonates with you, check out my free posture and mobility program. 💥 Got tight traps, headaches, and endless neck tension? Here’s how to get relief! 1️⃣ Self-Massage: Start by releasing the tension with a tennis or lacrosse ball. It’s perfect when you’ve been stuck at your desk or when a flare-up hits. Spend two rounds of 30-60 seconds per side applying gentle to firm pressure. And no, you don’t need to torture yourself here! This step helps things calm down, but that relief won’t last long. That’s why we need step 2. 2️⃣ Inhibit: Which is just a fancy way of saying stretch and relax a muscle, IMO. There’s a ton of ways to do this, but I love deep squat breathing. It puts the traps in a lengthened position and blocks my belly from expanding, forcing that pressure into my upper back. You get this internal stretching sensation from the inside out. Plus, breathing like this helps relax your whole body and reduce muscle tone. This builds off step 1, but it’s still not quite enough to lock in relief for good. Enter step 3. 3️⃣ Strengthen: Your traps aren’t the enemy. Yeah, they’re annoying, but they’re also important muscles that just want to be the star of the show. So, we use steps 1 and 2 to calm them down, but step 3 is where we teach them how to play nice with the team. Strengthening antagonist muscles—especially the serratus—balances out the tension and function in your shoulders and upper back. A move like dolphin pose, where you keep the traps relaxed while firing up the serratus, is great for showing your body that there are other muscles it can rely on. I have a full YouTube video dropping tomorrow that dives deeper into these steps and exercises—plus some bonus moves—so keep an eye out for it! 💥 If this approach resonates with you, check out my free posture and mobility program.
