the Online Flow School experience keeps up-leveling! this is gonna be soooo good. itās really powerful when a group of teachers come together who want to play and connect deeper to their practice, gain tools to teach in an authentic and intelligent way, and know that being a teacher is so much more than cueing a sun A. we begin feb 26thā¦registration closes on the 24th. come get in! š comment āSchoolā to get the registration info!

on the 3rd day of Flow School i open the practice to community and itās been so damn fun to meet you all. after we practice, Flow School teachers circle up and we dissect the class to understand its parts, the what/why/how. if you showed up in Dallas with meā¦thank you for making the time to connect and play. more please!

youāve done this āsmell your armpit poseā too, right?! lol you can find this class titled āwild tiger time: peak flowā in Studio B, my online studio. this one is 30 minutes and gives you a warm up circle and a peak flow circle practice. i always start slowly to walk through postures AND transitions before we move at breath-pace. comment āstudioBā if you want to try it šš

yāallā¦i canāt make it up. teachers show up and donāt know each other, learn how to turn everything theyāve learned sideways, find a way they want to own their voice, and as they walk out the door, iām a proud friend waving goodbye. thank you Dallas Flow School for showing up. we were small and mighty šš«š @joe.on.adventure @amandalorian1138 @supertarabu @pistol_bailey @tiffanystewartyoga @claireannedyson

i can promise youāll hear me quote this in Flow School. yoga teachers see the potential in people and the process of yoga and are COURAGEOUS enough to develop that. itās not smallā¦itās actually life-changing for both teachers and students. š¤

the past 2 days in Flow School weāve been big on whatās in a Peak Flow and how do you make it a circle? and how do you cue creative sequencing? this is not like other trainingsā¦promise š«š Flow School teachers are my favorite. they are curious and brave and bring their nerdy goodness to the room as we build teacher community. šTHEREāS ONE WEEK LEFT to sign up for Online Flow School. comment āschoolā if you want the link sent to your dms to register! āØthank you to @inspireyogagrapevine and @aborge54 for hosting us and @jasongreene_ for the camera magic!

tomorrow is the beginning of the 20th Flow School (counting both in-person and online). wtf?! how is that possible ā time is wild. it feels bigā¦it is. i love how feel like iām just getting startedā¦and i know some shit. we just keep getting better and better! šiām gonna work hard to get the deets up for the next in-person Flow Schools. save the dates: š JUNE 7-11 in Vancouver, BC š JULY 7-11 (i think) in London š NOVEMBER 10-14 in Portland, Oregon

i think flow and the freedom i find on my mat means so much to me because itās not about anyone else. itās where i go to find and hold myself.

creative sequencing in yoga uses what we have and expands on it. these 9 ideas are a tiny piece of whatās possibleā¦but the change can create BIG motion. x100 and you have Flow Schoolā¦you coming to play online Feb 26th?? š PS save this one for when you need something new š

what ārulesā did i miss? lol my answer with everything is mostly āit dependsā and SO many ways can be āright.ā teachers have been given āthe wayā and often donāt question that thereās any otherā¦thatās where Flow School comes in. itās the place where youāll learn creative sequencing outside of rules but also using tradition. we lean into movement science and embodied connection. if you want to know if thereās more than what youāve been doing, the answer is yesā¦THEREāS SO MUCH TO PLAY WITH! want to spend 8 weeks online with me??

āthe wisdom of practice slow flowā is my latest class in Studio B, my online studio membership. i love that flow to me means the way that postures AND transitions weave together. i think of creating flow like we walkā¦tapping into the feeling of natural movement combined with traditional postures and movement science. flow exists in very demanding physical practices and also very simple ones. š if you want to practice with me, comment āSTUDIOBā and youāll get a link to try Studio B for freebies for 7 days.
