Racing through the roads to Barcelona 📍🗺️🕊️🥐🌻 18 hours in that bloody car !! My mum & dad’s old wheels they (tried to) teach me how to drive in 🤭 I can’t believe our 3 day journey to Barcelona is over - this all feels so exciting !! I’m literally writing this as we’re driving through the final hour of our 18h journey from Reading to Barna & I think it’s all starting to hit me now. From this being a small idea in my head years ago to henry leaving his job & supporting me with mine so that we could work towards making dreams like this become our reality! It’s also such a huge privilege to be able to do this & work in social media, a space that’s made financial stability & freedom accesibles to everyone! I’m so grateful and I hope I can keep giving back to my local girlies & communities to show that 💓 So… we started by driving to Dover & hopping on the ferry to Calais. We last minute decided to drive 3.5 hours to Paris & it was the best decision to make!! We got there at 5ish, with plenty of time for sunset & to see the tower sparkle ✨ but it left us with 2.5 hours to go before we hit Bourges at 10pm for a VERY sleepy night at Bhoma hotel. When we woke up the following morning, we jumped straight in the car and headed to Perpignan for the night (Dali Hotel)! We love love lovedddd our stop here & getting to spend the next day exploring as Barcelona was only a 2.5 hour journey from there! 🤭 I feel so unbelievably lucky that we can make this move (ty to my Irish dad & the 11 years I spent there☘️) . I’m also so so so grateful for all of you who have stuck around throughout the last almost 5 years on here, watching me change and grow from who I was to who I’m becoming. I can’t wait to explore old hobbies & find new passions. I can’t wait to breathe fresher air & exist under the sun for more than a few weeks at a time. I can’t wait to experience a new culture & be around new people. But I also can’t wait for wherever we live to become a revolving door for all of our friends & family back in England 🤭💐🌸💓🕊️ Life is good & im so set on making the most of it ✨✨✨
