Who needs a little guidance on what a mobility routine should look like on a daily basis? 👋 Mobility work is an essential part of any prehab or rehab program, AND it’s really easy to integrate into your daily life. You can do anywhere from 5-30 minutes a day, but challenge yourself to do 30s more often. Sprinkle in a few 5 minute sessions throughout your day on your movement breaks. Easy. INVEST in your body. Don’t just wait for things to hurt before you start working on them. Skipping mobility work is like skipping flossing your teeth, or waiting too long to get an oil change on your car. You know you need to do it, so do it!👊 Im here for questions on this so feel free to drop them. Take advantage of the app! There’s much more value than you may have thought initially! . Summer is here and we all could use a little toning right? Or maybe you need a relaxing meditation routine. Or how about a daily pump? My job is to teach mobility exercises and be an expert in what I do. I’m not a fan of programs that try to be that “one stop shop” and I’m sure some of you would appreciate not seeing the same fitness instructor every single time as well.
