SOUND ON “thank god for yoga” 😂 ↓↓↓ Ok I had to share this - my friend sent it to me after we were staying at their house in Aussie 🫶 It had been raining and i was running inside… anddddd hit the decks REAL hard hahahaha 😂🤣😂 I fell SO hard right on on my hip / lower back… on tiles hard floor… anddd he caught it on tape 🤦‍♀️ but I came away completely unscathed… in my exclamation thanks to yoga!!! 😂 OK there are manyyyyy reasons why we practice yoga, with asana / poses / flow being just a tiny part of the beautiful benefits of yogi science… buttt this is definitely one of them 😂 to stay healthy, supple and strong enough to withstand ageing gracefully… OR not so gracefully LOL!!!!… the doggos knew something was up lol so if you need another reason to practice - here it is 😘😘😘 actually asanas & poses are just 1 of the eight limbs of Patanjalis sutras that lead us to “bliss” so no matter the situation we can maintain our inner bliss, even if we absolute stack it, it sure as hell won’t ruin our a yogis day 😘 sending love, light and laughter to you for 2024 Love, Lucy P.s. yes I did have to cut a bit out where you can directly see up my skirt 🫣😂 🙊 #namaste #lol #funny #funnyvideo #yoga #yogagirl #yogapractice #fail #fall

Evolving one lifetime at a time 🤍 I think about this a lot and I’ve “di3d” twice in my dreams now Or at least faced de3th and felt at peace At one with it Ok with it And I wish it was more accepted to discuss to talk about Yes the loss of the physical forms we know and love is hard, painful, brings grief But to feel heartache is to have felt love And I truly believe de3th is not the end… just the beginning of the next mysterious chapter and of course the unknown brings fear - it’s a natural response BUT it you spend enough time meditating, alone, contemplating pondering life’s mysteries, the recycling of energy and what powers the universe is it love!? is it learning!? is it the constant strive for balance!?… you start to awaken and realise you don’t even exist as “Lucy” your personality / your ego / your experience in this short but long and wonderful human life you are existing in a fragment of time and the soul, the higher self, the universe that you truly are at your core It’s really wild and wonderful to think about 🪩🏔️🧚‍♀️🤍🌌 Are you scared of de3th !? winter sun in Fuerte was a dream - memories I’ll cherish forever ✨☀️ feeling very grateful for all the travel we’ve had in our lives and all the future travel to come !! ↓ worlds best snow & yoga retreat ✨ MAGICAL is an understatement!… time in the enchanting alpine air with soul connections, vinyasa yoga, meditation, pranayama, yin & restorative yoga, skiing, snowboarding, cheese, cheers and dancing everything our heart desires WOW I’m going to treasure the memories we made with our guests for eternity!!! we laughed, we cried, we sang, we danced, we flowed, we skied… we shared stories and experiences we stopped time (lol @holisticestee) and screamed “this is the best yoga retreat EVERRRR” we crowned a queen @duchessofguernsey 😂😂 we peaked every mountain possible @josieowl (your actually ski nickname is worse than this 😅😂) became red run obsessed on repeat Janekke we planned a trip to burning man @sixbruntonplace (you are an icon) we got Stu dancing on tables ecstatic dance eat your heart out (a memory we will all hold close) we exchanged stories and I learned so much from Marinaaa we belly laughed and braved flying lizard and talked about flying dragons @gadmdos we talked about our dreams and the more difficult nightmares and also RIP our Guinea pigs and hamsters Martine 😫🫶🏽😅 lit many fires on and off the slops @ianjnz our guests truly made this a memorable experience - THANK YOU!!!! ⭐️🧚‍♀️❄️ we had an absolute ball and I’m so grateful to have cohosted with the fairy retreat goddess Lisa from @ourretreat - I LOVE YOU! 🧚‍♀️💋🧘🏽‍♀️ you are all things nice and a lil bit of grime spice 😅😘 So much love for you all - I am so excited to keep in touch and hope to retreat with you all soon !
