My first book was full of my favourite recipes and it did so well, I can’t thank you guys enough for supporting me on that- it was my fist book so kind of had no idea what I was doing but you all seemed to love it 🥰 WELL this second book is my best bites book, so contains 50 recipes: 40 of my best, most viral recipes and then 10 completely new and exclusive recipes which I think will be on my most viral list because they’re THAT good🤠 This book is the epitome of what I always say- you don’t have to give up anything or eat boring meals in order to reach your goals! This second book has 5 chapters: airfryer, slow cooker, one pot wonders, fakeaways and new recipes🍩🍟🍦🍕🌯 and will help you on your weight loss journey whilst still enjoying GOOD food and not missing out on anything!! I still can’t believe this is my second cookbook! I first started this account 4 years ago as a way to keep myself accountable with my weight loss and get some meal inspo. Never did I think that 4 years later I would be here with 2 cookbooks and helping other people to lose weight too! Every time I get a message to say that someone has bought my book, made one of my meals or lost weight because of me, I feel like my heart could explode and knowing I’ve helped just one person in their weight loss journey makes me so proud because I’ve been there and know how hard it is! Marry me chicken pie🥧🍅 I loveeee a pie and marry me chicken so this was like the best of both worlds🤩 super easy to make too! Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 2 (I just made one pie here for myself) - chicken breast (200g) - Philadelphia lightest (100g) - Single cream (60ml) - onion (1) - Sundried tomatoes (50g drained) - 1 veg stock cube + 200ml water - reduced fat puff pastry (100g) - Paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, oregano, garlic puree (1tsp) - Lemon juice (1tsp) - Parmesan (10g) - Spinach (handful) ✨Cut up the chicken breast and onions into chunks then add to a frying pan and fry on a medium heat for around 10 minutes with the paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, oregano and garlic puree until browned & cooked through ✨Next add in the philadelphia, sun-dried tomatoes and stock. Reduce down on a medium heat for a few minutes to thicken ✨For the last minute, stir in the spinach and parmesan ✨Add this mixture to an oven proof dish, top with the pastry and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes at 180 degrees until golden ✨I served mine with some mash & broccoli andddd thats it! 478 cals + 43g protein💞 #calories #caloriecounting #weightloss #caloriedeficit #lowcalorie #food #protein
Bolognese tortellini bake🍝 Bolognese with a twisttttt🙌🏼 super easy to make too, I had mine with some broccoli and a slice of garlic bread! Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 3: - Beef mince (250g) - Onions (1) - Tomato puree (2tbsp) - Tinned tomatoes (400g) - Mushrooms (100g) - Tortellini (1 pack- I used a - cheese one) - Ricotta cheese (100g) - Grated mozzarella (80g) - Balsamic vinegar (2tbsp) - Beef stock cube (1) - Garlic puree, garlic powder, onion salt, oregano ✨Cut up the onions then add to a frying pan along with the beef mince, garlic puree, garlic powder, onion salt and oregano. Fry for around 10 minutes until the mince is cooked through and browned. ✨Next add in the tomato puree, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, balsamic vinegar and beef stock cube + 500ml water (add more if needed). ✨Simmer for a few minutes on a medium heat until thickened slightly ✨Add in the uncooked tortellini and stir together, simmer for around 10 minutes or until the tortellini is cooked through ✨Top with some dollops of ricotta cheese and the grated mozzarella, grill for a few minutes until crispy and thats it! serves 3: 512 cals + 37g protein per portion! #calories #caloriecounting #weightloss #caloriedeficit #lowcalorie #food #protein
Nando’s enchiladas🌶️🐔 lil twist on normal enchiladas & lets be real, Nando’s makes everything better😛 Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 2: - Chicken breast (250g) - Onion (1) - Peppers (1) - Passata (400g) - Nandos peri peri sauce (2tbsp) - Peri peri seasoning, paprika, garlic powder - Wraps (2) - Grated mozzarella (60g) - Perinaise (30g- optional) ✨Slice up the chicken breast, onions and peppers into chunks ✨Add to a frying along with the peri peri seasoning, paprika and garlic powder. Fry for a few minutes until browned and cooked through ✨Next add in 200g of the passata, stir together and simmer until thickened slightly ✨Add this mixture to the wraps and wrap up like a burrito. Add to an oven proof dish, top with the rest of the passata and top with the cheese ✨Grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese andddd thats it! Steak Boursin orzo bake🧀🥩 This was superrrr easy to make and so delish! Bung it all into a dish and you’re good to go🙌🏼 Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 3: - Boursin cheese (1 round) - Orzo pasta (200g dry) - onion (1) - Paprika, garlic powder, oregano, cajun seasoning - Veg stock cube (1) - Steak medallions (2) - Grated parmesan (20g) ✨Slice up the onions ✨ To a large oven proof dish, add the boursin to the centre ✨ Around the Boursin add the onions, orzo, paprika, garlic powder, oregano and cajun seasoning ✨ Add the stock until the boursin is covered and bake at 180 degrees for 30 min, stir halfway and cook for longer if needed ✨Whilst this is cooking, cook the steak to your taste and once cooked, cut into chunks ✨ Mix all together to combine, top with the steak bites & parmesan anddd thats it! 595 cals + 34g protein per portion🙌🏼 #calories #caloriecounting #weightloss #caloriedeficit #lowcalorie #food #protein

Lasagne pasta🍝 This went down an absolute TREAT on my meal plan website😍 link in bio to sign up, only £4.97 a month for a new weekly meal plan, shopping list and recipe cards! Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 2: - 5% beef fat mince (250g) - Onion (1) - Passata (400g) - Beef stock cube (1) - Paprika, onion salt, garlic powder, Italian herbs - Pasta (160g dry) - Lasagne white sauce (200g) - Grated mozzarella (60g) ✨Boil the pasta as per instructions ✨Cut up the onion and add to the frying pan along with the beef mince, paprika, onion salt, garlic powder and Italian herbs. Break up the mince and fry for a few minutes until browned ✨Next add in the passata, beef stock cube, 300ml water (add more if needed). Stir together and simmer for around 10-15 minutes until thickened ✨Add in the cooked drained pasta along with a few tbsp of the white sauce, mix together ✨Top with the rest of the lasagne sauce and grated cheese, grill for a few minutes until the cheese melts & crisps up andddd thats it! 658 cals + 42g protein! #calories #caloriecounting #weightloss #caloriedeficit #lowcalorie #food #protein
Chinese chicken noodle bake🍜🍛 This is my slow cooker noodle recipe (which is one of my absolute FAVE recipes everrrrr) but done in the oven instead! Save to favourites for later📌 Ingredients to serve 2: - Egg noodles (180g) - Chicken breast (200g) - Onion (1) - Chicken stock cube (1) - Light coconut milk (300ml) - Soy sauce (2tbsp) - Garlic + ginger puree (1tsp) - Tomato puree (2tbsp) - Salt and pepper - Paprika, garlic powder, onion salt - curry powder (2tbsp) or mayflower curry powder (this is what I used-28g) ✨Slice up the chicken breasts and onions ✨To a baking dish add the noodles then top with the chicken & onions ✨Pour over the coconut milk and 500ml stock ✨Next add the soy sauce, curry powder, garlic + ginger puree, tomato puree, salt and pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion salt ✨Stir together, top the dish with tinfoil and bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees until the noodles are cooked through & liquid has been absorbed ✨Anddd thats it! 599 cals + 54g protein💪🏼 #calories #caloriecounting #weightloss #caloriedeficit #lowcalorie #food #protein
