3.5 months later… I honestly thought I’d never muscle up again after both shoulders had bone removed! (Double decompression surgery & clavicle resection) 1️⃣ This was my very first attempt so I had no idea what to expect but I have been feeling strong lately… 2️⃣ I was also happy to fail too… 3️⃣ I just wanted to know if the physio/rehab has worked and the pain level…! 4️⃣ Muscle memory is a real thing!
