💪🏼 LOWER ABDOMINALS 💪🏼 If you’re looking for a lower abdominal exercise that is both progressive and low back friendly, you have to try this one!! 👉🏼 Make sure your arms are anchored into something stable, like a table or couch. LEVEL 1.  Engage your core and slowly lift knees up so your shins are parallel to the floor. Slowly lower back down, keeping your lower back tight against the floor.   LEVEL 2.  Engage your core and slowly lift your knees up, curling in until your glutes lift off the floor. This requires slightly more core strength.   LEVEL 3 🔥. Engage your core and slowly lift your knees up, continuing to curl until your glutes and spine raise off the ground. This requires lots of strength and control. 👉🏼 Go at your own pace! No matter which level you do, they are all excellent exercises to target the lower abdominals without adding strain to your lower back.
