This is how it works ⬇️ Read Below ⬇️ The best way to calm a baby is through vibration. The earlier you introduce your voice with a hum, song, mantra, or OM/AUM, the better it works. Before a baby is born, they can feel the mother’s emotions and hear everything the mother hears. When the baby is in the womb, sing and talk to them. The baby becomes familiar with your voice and feels safe whenever they hear or feel it. AUM/OM works exceptionally well because the sound is universal. It is said to be the sound of the first echo when the universe sparked into existence, and the light shone from the infinite darkness. This vibration and sound have been found within the Earth and Sun too. Skin-to-skin contact is great. A little sway side to side, a slight tap on the back, and being in nature definitely help too. There are many ways to calm and soothe a baby, but this is what I have found to be most effective. In this video little rune woke up and this put him straight back to sleep, power of vibration and intention. When he is fussy, it calms him instantly, same with instruments and if it doesn’t, he simply needs mama. It doesn’t matter how good your voice is—sing to them. You’re their parent, and they will love it. Plus, you’ll only get better with practice. In my opinion, mantras are the best because the intention and frequency within the words are immensely powerful. They have been chanted for thousands of years and hold indescribable power. My go-to mantra is “Om Gan Ganpataye Namo Namah - Ganesh Mantra.” However, there is an abundance of mantras out there. Learn and see what works best for you. But the big-character horse is very comfortable. Gravity pulls the spine very far apart, and the hips are very stuck. The big-character horse also stretches out. Then the chin stand was also very smooth, the front of the neck was opened, the upper chest was also opened very wide, and the whole person breathed smoothly!
