This gets your shoulders moving and improves coordination. 2️⃣ Thoracic Spine Rotation: Kneeling at the wall, use a resistance band to turn and touch the opposite side of the wall. This loosens up your thoracic spine (a common trouble spot!) and enhances rotational mobility. 3️⃣ Elbows Together & Open: Bring your elbows together, then open up wide to stretch your chest and strengthen your upper back.
