3 things I wish I knew 20 years ago: 1️⃣ Not all workouts need to leave you dripping in sweat. Just because you didn’t hit the gym doesn’t mean you didn’t move! Running errands, being on your feet, and daily tasks all count as real-life exercise. 2️⃣ If a workout feels “easy,” it doesn’t mean it wasn’t effective. Your body needs variety—gentle classes are just as important as intense ones. They help reset, support recovery, and keep both your body and mind in balance. 3️⃣ Consistency is key. You’ve been so consistent with your Pilates practice, showing up for regular classes every week. But now, life got in the way, and you’ve fallen out of the routine. You’re worried about how to start again. Do these 3 things with me. ✨1. Start Small: Commit to just 10-15 minutes of Pilates. The hardest part is often getting started, but remember, consistency matters more than intensity when re-establishing a routine. ✨2. Set a Specific Time: Schedule in your Pilates Time like an appointment. Having a set routine can help you create momentum without the pressure of “finding time.” or mustering “motivation”. ✨3. Celebrate Progress: Acknowledge every effort, no matter how small. Completing even one session is a step forward—focus on progress, not perfection. Beth 💚
