Just messing around with standing splits I never train them standing up so I wanted to see how it felt to attempt them. Felt tight and tough.

I’ve shown thousands of beginners or just people who haven’t exercised in a long time over the past 15 years how to get back into an exercise routine by doing this simple five minute exercise workout. 1. Grab your phone and set a timer for five minutes 2. Do push-ups off the table for 30 seconds 3. Do squats by leaving your hands on the table for support 4. Continue to repeat back-and-forth until the five minutes is up. Do this every single day and watch your strength and energy begin to increase, allowing you to feel stronger and more energized to take on longer, more challenging workout routines.

Do your best to sweat every day during your workouts. Even if you’re sweating from non-workout activities there’s still so many benefits. Here are a few:Ā  Detoxification: Help eliminate toxins as heavy metals and waste productsĀ  Improves Skin Health: Opens up pores, flushes out impurities, reducing acne, clearer skin. Ā Boosts Circulation: Increased blood flow to the skin during sweating improves oxygen and nutrient delivery to cells. Enhances Immunity:Ā  Sweat contains antimicrobial peptides that help combat bacteria, viruses, and fungi, supporting the immune system. Supports Kidney Function: Sweating helps reduce the burden on the kidneys by excreting excess salts and minerals through the skin. Promotes Endorphin Release Sweating during physical activity or heat exposure can trigger the release of endorphins, improving mood and reducing stress. Help lose weight:Ā  increases energy expenditure, and calorie burn during physical activities Improves Muscle Recovery: Enhances blood flow, help deliver nutrients to muscles, removing lactic acid to speed up recovery.

Water is a simple and fast way to clear our energy especially if you put on top of your head. Just like water, there are many tools and methods that we can do to help clear our energy. However, nothing replaces having a daily morning and evening practice.

Most of us are not consciously wanting to struggle and feel uncomfortable. We’re just not making our effort urgent enough to take action right away. The idea of doing it tomorrow or waiting for a better time is not only used way too often, but the worst part is many people actually believe it when they tell themselves that. I can’t tell you how many people I spoke to that have waited and delayed their actions as their health continues to decline. Some have delayed over 10 years just because they were looking for the right time and they were always something that got in the way or a higher priority. I hope my video today with my mom can show as an example that regardless of our limitations, we can ALWAYS do something to move forward.

I love ā€œplay trainingā€ with kids. Today I noticed that they were getting bored and was about to ask to watch videos so I stopped what I was doing during work and got them to exercise with me. It’s very challenging juggling between being a father, husband, managing our company, posting everyday, and having a new born, and taking care of my health. For many people, it could be too stressful and overwhelming to be in my shoes because of the amount of activities and responsibilities I have on a daily basis. If I was my old self 10 years ago, I would’ve had a mental breakdown along time ago. The past 10 years of my life have not only taught me how to become calm and peaceful, I’ve learned how to be in the ā€œ eye of the stormā€ In other words, to be calm, centered and grounded when there is challenges and chaos all around. When you follow your purpose and go after what you really want you will always carry challenges and obstacles that will test your limits. Your ability to remain calm, centered and unmovable is how you persevere and get what you want in life.

Here’s a beginners version on how to do these 12 exercises on a daily basis to maintain an overall sense of well-being and functional strength. These 12 exercises are: - Push Ups - Prone Cobra - Burpee - Pike Push-up - Squats - Lunges - Leg Raise - Run in Place - Kicks - Strikes - Jumps - Plank Remember to listen to your body and focus more on doing a little bit of reps every day instead of maxing it out all at once. ā€œ70% every day is better than 100% once in a whileā€ It’s perfectly normal to feel fatigue and lower energy during the first two weeks as you get your body conditioned to exercise again. Once your body gets stronger, the low energy and fatigue will disappear and you will find yourself feeling super energized in your body. Try this out today šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Always do these 12 exercises every day no matter if you’ve been training for many many years or if you’re just getting started back. Not only are these exercises good for building strength, they are the perfect combination for increasing or maintaining your everyday functional strength. Do as many reps as you like. When you’re feeling very energized, do more. When you’re feeling tired, do less. It doesn’t matter, just do all 12 of them every day. Try it out šŸ‘

🄳Today is my birthday and I’m turning 42. In my mind, I have no reasons on why I should be feeling older, lower energy, It’s the exact opposite. I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. What’s your reason for being strong and healthy as you get older? If you don’t have reasons why you should be healthy and strong, your actions won’t follow and therefore you won’t be. All reasons are made up. Make up reasons that are real and true to you. People can give you a lot of things, but only you can give yourself the gift of health. šŸš€Black Friday Sale 89% off ā€œThe Complete Inner Work Bundleā€ (only $57 dollars) šŸ‘‰ Link In Bio
