Lifting your energy when itās low can be very fast and simple. You just need to know what are the most effective things for you to do for your body based on the current situation. In this video, Iāll show you a few moves on the five ways to be able to change the way you feel in your body and start raising your energy right away. Iāve shown thousands of beginners or just people who havenāt exercised in a long time over the past 15 years how to get back into an exercise routine by doing this simple five minute exercise workout. 1. Grab your phone and set a timer for five minutes 2. Do push-ups off the table for 30 seconds 3. Do squats by leaving your hands on the table for support 4. Continue to repeat back-and-forth until the five minutes is up. Do this every single day and watch your strength and energy begin to increase, allowing you to feel stronger and more energized to take on longer, more challenging workout routines.

Do your best to sweat every day during your workouts. Even if youāre sweating from non-workout activities thereās still so many benefits. Water is a simple and fast way to clear our energy especially if you put on top of your head. Just like water, there are many tools and methods that we can do to help clear our energy. However, nothing replaces having a daily morning and evening practice.

Most of us are not consciously wanting to struggle and feel uncomfortable. Weāre just not making our effort urgent enough to take action right away. The idea of doing it tomorrow or waiting for a better time is not only used way too often, but the worst part is many people actually believe it when they tell themselves that. I canāt tell you how many people I spoke to that have waited and delayed their actions as their health continues to decline. Some have delayed over 10 years just because they were looking for the right time and they were always something that got in the way or a higher priority. I hope my video today with my mom can show as an example that regardless of our limitations, we can ALWAYS do something to move forward.

I love āplay trainingā with kids. Today I noticed that they were getting bored and was about to ask to watch videos so I stopped what I was doing during work and got them to exercise with me. Itās very challenging juggling between being a father, husband, managing our company, posting everyday, and having a new born, and taking care of my health. For many people, it could be too stressful and overwhelming to be in my shoes because of the amount of activities and responsibilities I have on a daily basis. If I was my old self 10 years ago, I wouldāve had a mental breakdown along time ago. The past 10 years of my life have not only taught me how to become calm and peaceful, Iāve learned how to be in the ā eye of the stormā In other words, to be calm, centered and grounded when there is challenges and chaos all around. When you follow your purpose and go after what you really want you will always carry challenges and obstacles that will test your limits. Your ability to remain calm, centered and unmovable is how you persevere and get what you want in life.

Hereās a beginners version on how to do these 12 exercises on a daily basis to maintain an overall sense of well-being and functional strength. These 12 exercises are: - Push Ups - Prone Cobra - Burpee - Pike Push-up - Squats - Lunges - Leg Raise - Run in Place - Kicks - Strikes - Jumps - Plank Remember to listen to your body and focus more on doing a little bit of reps every day instead of maxing it out all at once. ā70% every day is better than 100% once in a whileā Itās perfectly normal to feel fatigue and lower energy during the first two weeks as you get your body conditioned to exercise again. Once your body gets stronger, the low energy and fatigue will disappear and you will find yourself feeling super energized in your body. Try this out today šŖš¼

Always do these 12 exercises every day no matter if youāve been training for many many years or if youāre just getting started back. Not only are these exercises good for building strength, they are the perfect combination for increasing or maintaining your everyday functional strength. Do as many reps as you like. When youāre feeling very energized, do more. When youāre feeling tired, do less. It doesnāt matter, just do all 12 of them every day. Try it out š
