My Pre / Post Running Antioxidant meal Using my homemade Raspberry Jam Raspberries have essential micronutrients , dietary fibers, and polyphenol, especially ellagitannins and anthocyanins, which could reduce the risk of or reverse metabolically based chronic diseases particularly CVD, T2DM, and Alzheimer disease. Adding Chia seeds contain Fiber, omega‐3 fatty acid, protein, polyphenols, phytosterols, vitamins, and minerals helps decrease the development of triglycerides (TG), reduce heart diseases by controlling bad cholesterol, hypertension. It also reduce type 2 diabetes by improving the beta‐cell performance and reducing the blood glucose level. Bibimbap is one my ideal food to eat on repeat .. it’s easy and ingredients are limitless… I usually have it with tofu and mushroom (as protein if I’m on my vegan appetite) and sometimes I would have it in beef (as source of protein) Simply Just mix anything what’s left on my fridge… Base seasoning : 1. kimchi , 2. gochujang ( or my alternative : ketchup with sriracha) , 3. sesame oil Kimchi is a must for me for this dish as my probiotic ( small amount is enough) because it’s too salty for my taste. Remember to add more vibrant and color on your dish like veggies for optimal absorption on varieties of nutrients and antioxidants.
