‼️So many different tips for HYROX movements out there‼️ SLED PUSH; I recommend you: 1. Get your hands low to mid way, to prevent lifting of the sled on your side👆🏼 2. Back is level to prevent strain on lower back!❌ 3. Elbows in; more control!💨 In principle, the closer you are to the sled, the better you can transfer the force, but the most important thing is that you feel “comfort” in the position!💫 It’s all trial and error and finding what works best for you!🙌🏼 @andreaosullivan00 pushing 100kg in her first HYROX class!
