Saturday night, under soft candle lights and open hearts, we gathered — not just to celebrate International Women’s Day, but to share, listen, and hold space for one another 🕯️✨ At this intimate event with Perk By Kate, alongside 4 beautiful ladies, we shared stories of resilience, lessons shaped by life’s twists and turns, the courage to break barriers and challenge stereotypes, and the quiet strength it takes to keep moving forward. I found myself speaking vulnerably in public for the first time — letting the words flow freely. I shared my journey of unlearning insecurities from being bullied in school for being too skinny. Outcasted and called names, I became an extreme people-pleaser with no boundaries, allowed myself to stay in unhealthy relationships and friendships at the expense of myself. It took a toll on my mental health, but that struggle also led me to healing, self-discovery, and ultimately, the decision to fully embrace who I am. What made this evening so special was hearing how these stories made others feel less alone in theirs. It was for me, a great reminder that we in fact, share similar experiences, at different timelines and our emotions, are universal. This experience reaffirmed something for me — there is power in speaking our truths, in creating safe spaces for connection, and in using our voices to uplift one another. I’d love, and can’t wait to be part of more conversations like these! Thank you, @perkbykate and @theblujournal, for curating such a meaningful evening — one filled with raw conversations and the kind of connection that reminds us of our collective strength as women. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to something so heartwarming and purposeful.
 To all the women who showed up, opened up, and allowed themselves to be seen — thank you. To those who took the time to share your stories with me, I am deeply honored. May we continue to embrace our vulnerabilities, connect deeply, and to remind each other that we are never truly alone ♥️

Completed my first Swiss mountain hike at Stoos! ⛰️🌞 It hit 32 degrees but felt manageable with the occasional light breeze up there. I was honestly blown away by how breathable, cooling and lightweight the @descente_sea women’s training woven jacket was.
