Missing no mealssssss 🍚🥩 Abs are made in the kitchen, indeed! I like to train core directly about 1x a week, but the biggest difference for me & following a nutrition plan! -Smaller meals more frequently. -Lots of protein!! I eat about 130g per day weighing about 126 -Drink TONS of water everyday -Movement!! Lots of walking, & whatever form of exercise you enjoy -Cut out the crap! No more sugars/ fried foods. Current (favorite) training split Movement is something I look forward to daily, so on rest days from lifting I do things I enjoy - hot yoga, long hikes, beach run, gymnastics. Definitely recommend finding a movement you enjoy instead of looking at exercise as a chore 🤸♀️🥾💪🏽 #workout #coach #trainer #fitness #fit #health
November dump in the form of gym selfies 🤳 November was spent working, going home for family & friends & bakinggggg. So much baking 🍪🤟 We are in the last month of the year- don’t push your goals until January. Why miss out on a month of consistency and growth? I have been a full time trainer the last eight years & every year I see people pushing their fitness journey & clean eating aside for the last three months of the year. They are not ready to join the gym in January because they don’t feel that they are “in shape enough” to go to the gym. If this resonates with anyone, I hope that you enjoy the holidays & time with family but prioritize yourself. Go on a walk everyday or get a 30 min lift in 3x a week.
