Happy birthday Rutu. Because of you, I will never give up. Thank u for keeping me warm and holding me tight when things get too heavy & that “separation anxiety” hits me hard. Believe me every time i cry, with every single tear I see a pure heart, good intentions, patience and endless loyalty in you. Thank you for showing me patience , for meeting my insecurities with kindness. 2023 has been emotionally very stressful for me but most importantly this year made me realise, It is not, and never will be, about what you say you can do, Only about what you do. Thank you for holding my hands tightly when my own people quitting on me. Thank you for supporting me and hearing me and seeing me. Champion mentality is someone who doesn’t give up ! Also a real sportsman doesn’t give excuses ! He just comes in better the next time ! But why not share a story - So for last three days of the show, when you actually get ready to fill your body , @sunphysique started getting extreme gut issues. He had extreme acid reflux which started with nonstop 4-5 hours of hiccups and burps. He couldnt eat, swallow or even just rest! Sleepless nights , vomits, loose motions , you name everything ! His peak week didnt go as planned as it should ! I remember him saying , “ why isn’t god allowing me physically to atleast give my best try at this moment“ And I would get every possible thing to make him feel good which never worked out , & then just sit and look at him feeling helpless ! Every prep is different for everyone ! You never know what could possibly happen at any moment. But I feel so pride to talk this that he suffered and didn’t give up on any of his protocol. Being a partner makes me want to not let him go through this but being an athlete at the same time, feels honoured to be able to be with such high quality man. Untill morning of the show day , untill we left house he was suffering and this is what he got on stage for himself ! He knows his game ! Nobody cares what you go through . All that matters is which place do you get ! We lost our win by one place , but we came and conquered ! I remember posting a reel before appreciating you by saying that I don’t need Sunday night to appreciate you , but you just keep giving me more reasons to do so 🙈❤️ We will come back better & stronger ! ❤️♾️🧿

My best 11 weeks out shape till date! Fasted weight-90.5kgs Self coaching myself this season and the only reason I’m doing this is because I wanna be responsible for my own actions and efforts.
