Up to 70% of children are affected by posture problems from excessive screen time. Don't wait - early intervention is key!

Did you know that over 70% of kids show early signs of posture or foot problems like valgus (knock knees), slouching, and poor foot alignment by the time they enter school? • Valgus can cause knee pain and affect the way your child walks. • Slouching can lead to long-term spine and shoulder issues, making everyday activities uncomfortable. • Poor foot alignment can cause clumsiness, balance problems, and limit their ability to stay active. But here’s the good news: most of these issues can be corrected early with the right exercises! My 1:1 online coaching program starts with a full assessment of your child’s posture and feet, followed by a customized plan to address these problems before they worsen. Don’t wait! Sign up today and help your child stand tall, move confidently, and stay pain-free!

Why These Exercises Matter: • Spine health is critical for balance, movement, and overall well-being. • Strengthening key muscle groups prevents long-term issues like poor posture, back pain, and muscle imbalances. 💡 Pro Tip: Incorporate these exercises into your daily routine (just 10-15 minutes) to see noticeable improvements in strength, posture, and flexibility. 👉 Follow for more posture-improving tips and exercises for the whole family! 💕✨

Have you ever wondered why your child might develop flat feet or experience foot pain? ‼️One of the main reasons could be a weak anterior tibial muscle—a key muscle that supports and shapes the arch of the foot. This muscle connects to the bones on the inner side of the foot and is one of the strongest muscles in the lower leg. Why Is This Muscle So Important? ✅ Lifts the Foot: Helps the foot move upwards during walking or running. ✅ Supports the Arch: Keeps the inner arch of the foot raised, preventing it from flattening. ✅ Holds the Arch in Place: Keeps the arch stable when the foot is on the ground, preventing it from collapsing under pressure. 💪 The anterior tibial muscle is essential for preventing flat feet and maintaining proper foot structure. A strong arch acts like a spring, absorbing shock while walking or running. ⚠️My Posture & Feet online program includes fun, simple exercises to strengthen the anterior tibial muscle and other key leg muscles. Don’t miss this opportunity to strengthen your child’s feet and set them up for a healthy future. 🎯 Click the link in my bio to get started today!

👋The Good News for Moms Worried About Little Ones If you’re a mom of an 18-month-old or 2-year-old with flat feet and are wondering if a diagnostic is right for your child—even if they aren’t standing yet—don’t worry! Your child is okay!!!! ‼️Flat feet are completely normal at birth and even during the early years of life. ‼️ By the age of 4, most children naturally develop proper arches in their feet. But here’s the part many parents don’t realize: Even if the arches develop on time, future foot problems aren’t guaranteed to be avoided. Why Does This Happen? A lot depends on: • Lifestyle: Active play vs. too much sitting. • Habits: Posture, walking patterns, and daily movement. • Footwear: Ill-fitting or unsupportive shoes can cause long-term issues. If your child already has foot concerns, such as flat feet, inward or outward foot rotation, or poor walking posture, it’s not too late to help. With the right exercises, habits, and guidance, you can significantly improve their foot health and overall alignment! Let’s work together to give your child a strong foundation—one step at a time. 💕 💡 Want to know more about posture and feet health?
