Nous avons la joie de vous inviter à une nouvelle édition de la table vigneronne au Macéo. @domainejessiaume nous fait le bonheur d’une visite pour une soirée automnale cette fois ci, entre grands crus et boeuf Bourguignon. 🍇Le domaine de Jessiaume rassemble 15 hectares de vignes sur les communes de Beaune, Pommard, Volnay, Auxey Duresses, Chassey Le Camp et Santenay, ou il fut établi en 1850. Agriculture biologique, vinification soignée et non-interventionniste, des vins magnifiques, bien élevés, représentatifs de leur terroir et de leurs climats. 🍷AU PROGRAMME 🍷Une dégustation en boutique de 15h à 18h30 🍷Un diner à la table du vigneron à 19h. Un menu élaboré pour l’occasion par notre chef Alin Stanciù, cuisiné avec une générosité toute Bourguignonne. I feel a disconnect / there’s a distance between me and my work, at the moment it isn’t there Need to fill that gap and wanting to be and settling more into me It happened before when I was mid explain my work to a mentor in preparation for my art interview, and they went - so Yuhong, can I just ask a question - when are you you? I really want to take a personal approach with the rounds Thinking of them as ponds or rivers And be a little fish again A friend once described how, when a river floods, its edges merge with everything else and everywhere to be this one thing. This was sent via an email “I’m glad that you haven’t fallen into any rivers lately :)” I remember I jumped into a river while it was raining, felt the impulse / a desire to go backwards. It only makes sense to go backwards, back to the womb Wrapped up, bubbled up No frustration Like going back in the womb and we are part of our mothers, and there is no separation and no frustration, there’s a state of bliss Like if we can merge with something, if we can become something like you could become the river. There’s an imagined state of bliss where there’s no separation between us and the river. I’m wondering what this merge is, because merge gives us no frustration.

When asked to sum up his general feelings on the subject of art in conjunction with wine, he swiftly replied. “Everything in life is art. Especially Côtes du Rhône.” Well said.
