Shaam ki Bhook Ep ~ 12 Left over roti Bhakarwadi 🔹Left over roti - 7/8 🔹Gram flour - 1/4 cup 🔹Rice flour - 1 tbsp 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Ginger green chilli paste - 1 tbsp 🔹Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 🔹Coriander powder - 1 tsp 🔹Jeera powder - 1 tsp 🔹Amchur powder - 1 tsp 🔹Corainder - Handful 🔹Water - As required 🔹Oil - For cooking Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. Make a batter of besan and other spices and keep aside. 2. On a roti apply besan as shown and roll it. 3. Steam the rolled rotis and then cut them into pinwheels. 4. Deep fry them until and crispy golden brown. Lunch with Choksi’s ✨Recipe 37✨ Green Chana Nu Shaak Ingredients 🥗 🔹Green chana - 200gms 🔹Onions - 1 🔹Tomatoes - 1 🔹Garlic - 5/6 cloves 🔹Green chilies - 2 🔹Gram flour - 2 tbsp 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 🔹Haldi - 1/2 tsp 🔹Coriander powder - 1 tbsp 🔹Kashmiri Lal mirch - 1 tbsp 🔹Garam masala - 1 tsp 🔹Kasuri methi - 1 tsp 🔹Cumin - 1 tsp 🔹Curd - 2 tbsp 🔹Water - As required 🔹Oil - For cooking Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. Boil the chana in an open pan with some salt until cooked. 2. Grind a garlic paste by mixing garlic and Kashmiri Lal mirch. 3. Make a masala of onions tomatoes and green chillies without any water. 4. In a pan add oil jeera and gram flour. Mix until gram flour becomes a bit sandy. 5. Add the tomato paste and cook well. 6. In a bowl add curd and all the powdered spices with garlic paste and whisk well. 7. Lower the flame and add the curd mix to the Kadhai and mix well until oil separates. 8. Add water spring onions and the boiled chana in it and adjust the consistency as per your taste. 9. Let it simmer for 5 mins and add garam masala and kasuri methi. 10. Serve with some crushed rotla and ghee. Homemade Dinner Scenes Ep ~ 21 Hakka noodles & paneer chilly Ingredients 🥗 🔹Noodles - 1 packet 🔹Cabbage - 1 cup 🔹Carrot - 1 cup 🔹Onions - 1 cup 🔹Capsicum - 1 cup 🔹3G - 2 tbsp 🔹Soy sauce - 1 tbsp 🔹Dark soy sauce - 1 tbsp 🔹Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp 🔹Schezwan sauce - 1 tbsp 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Black pepper - 1 tsp 🔹Oil - 2 tbsp Paneer chilli: 🔹Paneer - 200gms 🔹Cornflour - 2 tbsp 🔹3G - 1 tbsp 🔹Red chilli sauce - 1 tsp 🔹Soy sauce - 1 tsp 🔹Dark soy sauce - 1 tsp 🔹Onions - 1 🔹Spring onions - 1/4 cup 🔹Capsicum - 1 🔹Oil - 2 tbsp Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. In a wok add oil 3G paste and add all the veggies and toss on a high flame. 2. Add all the sauces and again mix well. 3. Add boiled noodles and mix well lightly. 4. In another wok add oil 3G paste and add the sauces with some hot water. Mix well. 5. Add paneer followed by the onions and capsicum and mix well lightly. 6. Add the cornflour slurry and again mix, let it thicken. 7. Garnish with some spring onions and enjoy. Breakfast With Nirali ✨Recipe 41✨ Suji Pancakes Ingredients: Soojhi - 1 cup Dahi - 1/2 cup Water - 4 tbsp Veggies of your choice - 1/2 cup Green chillies - 2 Salt to taste Coriander powder - 1 tsp Haldi - 1/2 tsp Chaat masala - 1 tsp Coriander - Handful Eno - 1/2 tsp Oil - 2 tbsp Recipe: 1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and make a mix. Rest if for 10 mins. 2. Add eno to it and make small uttapams on the non stick tawa. 3. Cook upside down in ghee/oil/butter until golden brown. 4. Serve with some chutney of your choice. Niru tips: 1. You can add any veggies of your choice. 2. Shaam Ki Bhook Ep 11 ~ Bread Roll Ingredients 🍞 🔹Boiled potatoes - 4 🔹Boiled peas - 100gms 🔹Coriander seeds - 1 tsp 🔹Jeera - 1 tsp 🔹Saunf - 1 tsp 🔹Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 🔹Chaat masala - 1 tsp 🔹Amchur powder - 1 tsp 🔹Green chillies - 2 🔹Coriander - Handful 🔹Bread - As required 🔹Water - As required Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. In a bowl mash the potatoes and add all the powdered spices. 2. Roast the Corainder jeera and saunf and crush into fine powder. Add it to the mix. 3. Now mix everything together and stuffing is ready. 4. Now take a bread remove its edges and dip into water. 5. Squeeze out excess water and put the stuffing in between. 6. Cover and make a shape of a bread roll. 7. Make as many as you want and then deep fry it in medium hot oil. 8. Serve with some ketchup. In a pan add oil jeera rai kadi patta hing and let it splutter. 2. Add the cabbage and peas and mix well. 3. Add all the other spices mentioned and mix well. 4. Cover and cook for 5 mins until cooked. 5. Garnish with some coriander and serve with roti. Homemade Dinner Scenes Ep ~ 20 Corn & Spinach Quesadilla Spinach Corn Quesadilla Ingredients 🥗 🔹Spinach - 1 bunch 🔹Boiled corn - 1/2 cup 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Black pepper - a pinch 🔹Chilli flakes - 1 tsp 🔹Oregano - 1 tbsp White sauce: 🔹Butter - 1 tbsp 🔹Flour - 1 tbsp 🔹Milk - 1/2 cup 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Black pepper - 1 tsp Salsa 🔹Green tomatoes - 1 🔹Green onions - 1 🔹Green chillies - 2 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Black pepper - 1 tsp 🔹Vinegar - 1/2 tsp Sour cream 🔹Hung curd - 1/2 cup 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. Make the stuffing by sautéing all the ingredients in olive oil with spices and keep aside. 2. Make the white sauce and add it to the stuffing. Grate 2 cubes of cheese. 3. Make green salsa and sour cream by chopping and mixing all ingredients. 4. Take left over roti and layer the stuffing on it and sandwich it with another roti. 5. Toast well with olive oil until crispy. 6. Layer some sour cream and salsa on it and enjoy. Breakfast with Nirali ✨Recipe 40✨ Mooli Paratha Ingredients: 🔹Radish - 2(grated) 🔹Salt to taste 🔹Ginger green chilli paste - 1 tsp 🔹Ajwain - 1 tsp 🔹Garam masala - 1 tsp 🔹Coriander - Handful 🔹Oil- For cooking Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 1. Grate the radish and add salt. Let it rest for 10 mins. 2. Radish will release lots of water, squeeze the radish and keep aside. 3. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. 4. Start making the paratha immediately. Toast in ghee/oil and serve hot with some butter or Makhan. Niru’s Tips 👩🏻‍🍳 👉🏻Radish has a lot of water content so adding salt and resting it for sometime is imp. Oreo & strawberry cream 🍓 Ingredients🍓 🍫Oreo biscuits - 1 batch 🍓Strawberries - 100gms from @myslyce 🥛 Fresh cream - 1 cup 🔹Sugar - 50 gms Recipe🎅 1. Cut strawberry into pieces and add powdered sugar to it. Mix well and keep aside 2. In cream add sugar as required and whip it up until soft peaks form. 3. Crush the Oreo biscuits with a rolling pin and keep aside. 4. ⁠Now assemble everything in a glass as shown in the video. 5. Garnish with some more strawberry and mint leaves and serve chilled.
