One of our first commercial projects and still a favourite. 🍣✨ Sushi Bar Shu was in serious need of a facelift, so we reimagined the space with Japanese inspired materials, warm textures, and carefully layered ambient lighting. The goal was simple. Make it feel like a theatre. Here, the chef and the sushi are the star of the show. Every light is intentionally directed to the counter, the hands, and the craft, creating a dramatic, elevated atmosphere where the experience unfolds right in front of you. Discounting your rates to accommodate cheap clients doesn’t grow your business it slowly erodes it. There’s a reason a Rolls Royce costs many times more than a Tesla. One of our newest projects, @palettedimsum in Irvine, is officially complete. With their incredible modern Chinese cuisine, we knew the space needed to reflect that same level of creativity and flavour. The main dining room centers around a stunning birdcage feature, light, open, and airy, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. In contrast, the private rooms and bar shift into a darker, more intimate mood, with warm orange accents sprinkled throughout to elevate the experience.
