The layout centers around the utility core, with the dining kitchen and living room arranged around it. Since the original wall-structured design made it impossible to expand the bathroom area, the vanity was placed along the hallway instead. This bright, open space with natural light creates a welcoming spot for handwashing, making daily routines like coming home smooth and convenient. Soft light streams in through the patterned glass interior windows, creating an airy atmosphere in the entrance hall. We've also installed a handwashing bowl for quick hand cleaning upon returning home. Honest about what they love — relaxed, natural, and unpretentious. Their home was designed to reflect their personalities, surrounded by their favorite folk toys, local crafts, and little treasures that make them smile. For the wife, who loves cooking, the kitchen was made as functional as a professional workspace. A spacious laundry room allows for indoor drying, and plenty of closets and storage keep things tidy without effort. For the husband, who often works remotely, two workspaces — one in the bedroom and one in the dining area — can be used flexibly as their child grows and their lifestyle changes. Shelving in the doma (entryway) was built for easy access to camping gear, so weekend adventures start right from the front door.
