Follow @thehealthyrasoi for more Ingredients:- For Chickpeas 3/4 cup dry chickpeas 1 tsp oil 1/2 tsp each salt, red chili & cumin powder For salad:- 1/2 cup cucumber 1/2 cup tomato 1 carrot, grated 1/4 cup onion 1 avocado 1/2 cup colorful bell peppers 1-2 green chilies 1 inch ginger 1/4 cup coriander leaves 1/2 black salt 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 lemon juice Soak 1 cup dry chickpeas overnight then pressure cook for 4-5 whistle or until soft. Drain all the water. In a pan heat oil then add cooked chickpeas, and spices. Roast on low heat until dry or crispy ( as per taste). You can also air fry them. Let the roasted chickpeas cook completely then transfer it to a mixing bowl along with all the chopped veggies (you can use any veggies of your choice), walnuts, spices, lemon juice and coriander leaves. Palak Paneer Moong Dal Cheela You must try this healthy and wholesome cheela recipe 😋❤️ Ingredients:- 1 cup green Moong daal, soaked for 2-3 hours 1 cup spinach leaves 2 green chilies 2-3 cloves garlic 1 inch ginger 1 tsp salt or as per taste 1/2 cup curd/yogurt (any plant based will work too) 1/2 cup water or as desired For stuffing Garlic chutney or any chutney of your choice Grated paneer Method:- In a blender add all the batter ingredients (mentioned above) and blend until smooth (Add little water at a time to make a semi thick batter. The batter should be the consistency of the dosa batter so you can spread it easily on the tawa/pan). Heat a pan or dosa tawa over medium heat. Brush some oil then pour a ladle full of batter and spread gently. Spread some oil on the sides and cook on medium flame until golden and crispy. Add some garlic chutney and grated paneer over the cheela (as shown in the video). Millet Crust Pizza With Hidden Veggie What if I tell you I made this healthy, & delicious pizza without any maida, aata, sooji or oven. Yes, the pizza base is made with millet & lauki, and nobody will even know it 😜😋 This delightful & gluten-free pizza is full of flavors, low in carbs and perfect recipe for your weight loss journey and also for kid’s tiffin box❤️🤤 📌 Save & Share the recipe! Follow @thehealthyrasoi for more Ingredients;- For the batter: 1 cup foxtail or barnyard millet 1 cup lauki, roughly chopped. Very little water if needed, lauki contains 90% water. Salt as per taste 1/2 tsp Eno or 1/4th tsp baking soda Pizza sauce mozzarella cheese Veggies of your choice Red chili flakes and fresh basil leaves to garnish. -Wash and soak millet overnight for better digestion and absorption. -Remove all the water and blend it with lauki into a smooth batter as shown. -Add salt and Eno and mix. If you don’t want to use Eno or soda then just ferment the batter overnight or at least 5-6 hours. -Grease the pan with some oil, pour some batter and make mini pizza crust. -Cook on low. -Now flip it then spread pizza sauce, veggies, and cheese. Cover and cook on low heat till cheese melts. -Sprinkle some red chili flakes and basil .
