Today Benoît and Mélanie Tarlant (12th consecutive generation to grow and bottle) produce some of the purest, most energetic bottles of bubbles in the world. Come meet our very special guest, Benoît Tarlant, and taste through a very rare lineup from one our nearest and dearest producers. The evening will be a more casual, salon-style, tasting format which allows you an opportunity to chat with Benoît. Light snacks will be served but you’ll have the opportunity to order from our a la carte menu from Bar Kada. Due to the limited availability of these offerings, reservations are strongly suggested. Harvest 2024: mission accomplished! 👌💪 An "old times" vendanges in late September with cold nights and nice mornings. Rain accompanied us for the second week, as it did all along this 2024 hardcore year, but finally, we got superb quality, even if our quantity was tiny. HUGE THANKS to our team, who never gave up during this season made of rain, frost, some hail, and hard work supported by hope and trust in the future.
