We take great pride in the quality of our pork, and our Iberico Pluma is a perfect example. Sourced from the Iberico pigs raised in Salamanca, Spain, it is a cut like no other pork! Grilled right at your table, this beautifully marbled cut of pork is tender, juicy, and full of flavour. Wrap it in fresh lettuce with our signature Ssamjang and pair it with a selection of Banchan - it’s a combination that takes your BBQ experience to the next level.
Our mushroom stone pot rice features five mushrooms - Chantrelle, Maitake, Shiitake, Shimeji, and Cremini, served in a sizzling stone pot with our special sauce. The rich, earthy flavours of the mushrooms are perfectly complemented by the warmth of the dish, making it a perfect pairing with our BBQ. A true standout on the menu!
