Back to 20s, the Prohibition era, when speakeasies served refined cocktails featuring quality spirits like Cognac. 🥃✨One of the classics of the time was the ‘French 75’. Today, we twist it with a fruity touch brought by Park Cognac VS Carte Blanche for Christmas. 40 ml Park Cognac Carte Blanche / 20 ml fresh lemon juice / 10 ml sugar syrup / 60 ml champagne / 1 lemon zest for decoration. Mix the cognac, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a shaker. Add ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a champagne glass or flute. Top up with champagne and stir gently.
