Garmiyon ke liye fresh coconut 🥥 se bana kopra Pak (Full recipe in the description box) 2 fresh coconut peeled and chopped 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp ghee 3/4 cup milk powder 1 tsp cardamom powder 10 tbsp sugar Almonds and pistachios Method Take fresh coconut 🥥. Peel and chop them in small chunks. Take mixer grinder. Grind them. Now, add milk. Grind them with milk. Heat the pan or kadai. Add coconut mixture. Cook for 2 minutes. Now, add sugar, cardamom powder and ghee. Mix well everything. Cook the mixture for 4-5 min. at medium flame. Stir continuously. Add milk powder. Cook the mixture till it gets binding texture as shown in the video. Grease the tin or thali with Ghee. Transfer the mixture to a tin. Sprinkle some pistachios and almonds. Set in refrigerator for 1 hour. Cut and enjoy.

Makarsankranti special 🪁 murmure ki Chikki (Recipe in the description box) 1 cup of gud 3 cups of murmure 1 tsp ghee Aluminium tin or thali greased with ghee Method 1. In a pan dry roast 3 cups of murmura on low flame till it becomes crispy. Keep it aside. 2. Grease the thali or tin with little ghee..keep aside. 3. Now in a pan, add 1 tsp ghee and add 1 cup of jaggery. 4. keep stirring on medium flame till the jaggery melts completely. 5.boil the jaggery syrup on low flame till the syrup turns glossy and thickens. check the consistency, by dropping syrup into a bowl of water, it should be break like candy. 6. Switch off the gas, and add roasted murmura. stir well making sure the jaggery syrup coats well. 7. pour gud and murmura mixture into the greased tin and when it's still warm cut it into pieces. Then cool down the chikki for at least 30 minutes. murmura chikki is ready. 8. store in an airtight container and serve for a month.

Protein rich Nourishing Laddoo (Full हिंदी recipe in the description box)Oats til Ladoo are a protein rich nourishing treat.Flax seeds have been linked to health benefits, such as improved digestion and a reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and cancer. Sesame seeds are an excellent source of manganese and calcium. Ingredients 1 cup Oats ओट्स 1/4 cup sesame seeds तिल 1/4 cup flaxseeds अलसी 2 tbsp black raisins काली किसमिस 1/4 cup jaggery powder गुड़ 1 cup soft dates नर्म खजूर 1/2 tsp cardamom इलाइची 3 to 4 tbsp warm milk गुनगुना दूध Dry roast sesame seeds and flaxseeds for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the flame. In a same Pan. Dry roast oats for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the flame. Mix oats and sesame flaxseeds mixture. Allow it to cool down. Grind coarsely all the ingredients. Add jaggery powder, dates and cardamom. Again grind everything. Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl. Add raisin and warm milk. Make Laddoos. Store them in an airtight container in refrigerator for 15 days. तिल और अलसी को 3-4 मिनिट तक भून लें. आंच से उतार लें। एक ही पैन में। ओट्स को 4-5 मिनिट तक सूखा भून लें. आंच से उतार लें। ओट्स और तिल अलसी का मिश्रण मिलाएं। इसे ठंडा होने दें। सभी सामग्री को दरदरा पीस लें। गुड़ पाउडर, खजूर और इलायची डालें। सब कुछ फिर से पीस लें। मिश्रण को मिक्सिंग बाउल में स्थानांतरित करें। किशमिश और गर्म दूध डालें। आप दुध की जगह गर्म घी भी मिला सकते हैं। लड्डू बना लें। इन्हें 15 दिनों के लिए एक एयरटाइट कंटेनर में फ्रिज में स्टोर करें।
