Iโm 23. I live with my parents & Iโm in no rush to move out. currently, my job is doing social media and my social life is non-existent. my only friends are my mom, my dog and my stray animals ๐ฑ. I canโt remember the last time I went out on a Friday night. I actually like being single. I love travelling but Iโm a homebody so 95% of my life looks like this. i love running and reading and baking and snacking and re-watching my favourite movies and shows. nothing about my life is โaestheticโ- not my my meals or my room or my outfits. I often wonder if Iโm weird or abnormal or if other people will like me but then I remember, I like me (which hasnโt always been the case) and Iโve actually never been happier, and Iโve decided that matters more. Idk I love this boring, quiet, peaceful, unhurried life ๐ฐ๐โโ๏ธ๐๐๐

my shortest long run of marathon training!! ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ๐๐ปโโ๏ธthat was fuelled with the most superior pre-run snack: tanghulu ๐ feeling so very grateful that I have a body that allows me to witness so many special moments in random corners of the world. I never fail to see something that makes me smile on my runs ๐ฅน running is such a gift. also- oh man. running at higher altitude is NO JOKE. I didnโt think it would have THAT drastic of an effect. A FUELED (& hydrated) RUNNER IS A HAPPY RUNNER!! all the goodies that helped me run those 21kms of torturous hills๐ lots of people say that you donโt need to carb load before a half marathon and while I didnโt carb load as hardcore as I did for my full marathon, I was more โcarb-focusedโ (making sure I have carbs in every meal and ate more carbs than usual). Personally, I feel like topping up on carbs settles my nerves and makes me feel as if Iโm doing my part to prep my body for the run. everyone will have different opinions and bodies- remember to listen to YOURS!! you always deserve delicious food ๐ซถ๐ป happy running ily
SUPER hilly half-mararthon in hong kong!! I spontaneously booked this half and it ended up being a very small race in the mountains with I think less than 200 (VERY strong) runners and I LOVED IT. This may have been the most beautiful route I have ever had the privilege of running. I FELT SO FREE & HAPPY & IN MY ELEMENT. this was my 2nd half marathon and my first time experiencing rolling hills. these hills = pure death. The first 3 kms were all completely uphill and it was the longest 3 kms of my life. my legs wanted to give up by 2 km. total elevation gain was ~280 meters or like 920 feet. legs were destroyed but had SO MUCH FUN. THANK YOU BODY FOR LETTING ME EXPERIENCE THIS ๐ฅน post-run pineapple bun (& avocado) with mother sun may have been the best part <3 how I fuelled: caffeinated gel 20 mins before start, normal gel @ 7km, caf gel @ 12km, normal gel @ 17 km how I trained: with @runna training plan (can use code LINDA for a 2 week free trial yay!! link in bio) watch: @corosglobal pace 3 shorts + shirt: @lululemon shoes: @asics Superblast headphones: @shokzusa openrun pro vest: @salomon adv skin 5

what I got to eat today ๐ฅ๐๐ณ๐๐ซถ๐ป & some random updates 1. I have always run by โfeelโ which I love but I decided to splurge/invest in a running watch because I sometimes run too fast and burnout. I LOVE HER SO WORTH IT (coros pace 3) 2. the only 2 good things that came out of my university experience was going on exchange and getting a jellycat egg as a graduation present๐ฅ๐ I wish I was kidding but Iโm not. 3. I just adore costco & todayโs samples were exceptionally yummy (their BOXED BROWNIES ๐คค) 4. How I make the yogurt bowl: I just top vanilla Greek yogurt with natural peanut butter, cereal or granola, melted chocolate (with coconut oil) and sprinkle on salt. Freezer for 10 mins or fridge for 2-3 hours and then crack ! 5. you always deserve to enjoy food and never have to feel guilty for nourishing your body or your sweet tooth or your soul- life is too short ๐ซถ๐ป ilysm
longest run before my 2nd half marathon done yaaayy!!! china doesnโt have google maps (or normal google or YouTube or instagram) so I literally just run around in random directions and pray I can find my way back home. people also only follow traffic laws like 30% of the time so I was dodging scooters for 25 kms. but Iโm alive!!! and celebrated my aliveness with a huge breakfast spread of tea eggs and scallion pancakes and mini steamed pork buns and a massive yogurt bowl and fresh soy milk ๐คค china may be chaotic but their breakfasts are worth it ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ซ happy running and breakfasting <3 watch: @corosglobal pace 3 outfit: @lululemon shoes: @asics Superblast headphones: @shokzusa openrun pro fuel: @guenergylabs and medjool dates
