Starting 2025 with something different. I’ll keep running & doing my own gym sessions but I felt I needed a bit of a kick up the 🍑 !! Sansa started with @athleteunleashed & instead of just watching her for an hour I thought I might as well join her too 👊🏼 I love that the gym is open with no a/c & restricted amount of ppl working out at a given time & always 3 instructors helping & motivating you. Ladies listen up! If you are around my age (😒) you will know how important taking a collagen supplements is. We know collagen is important as it provides structure, support or strength to our skin, muscles, bones and connective tissues. I find it extremely hard to find vegan collagen supplements as most contain non-vegan collagen which is made from animal products like the bones, hooves, and hides of cows or fish.
