@rosasthai lightened up a dreary january evening in the best way possible 🤩🌶️ 🇹🇭 This was my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of vegan options! Here’s what we got: Veggie platter starter - sweetcorn fritters (ve), fried okra (ve), pumpkin crackers (ve), summer rolls (ve) and spring rolls (v) 🌽 Everything here was vegan apart from the spring rolls (which my bf ate) and it was all delicious! It came with two sauces - one was like a sweet chilli and one had a real kick to it! 🌶️ The fried okra was something I’d never tried before and was my fave! It would be nice to see them make this 100% vegan or give an official ‘vegan option available’ - either with more of the other items or a different item all together in place of the spring rolls! Tom Kha noodle soup with tofu & veg 🍜 I couldn’t decide what to get so went for something a bit different - this was superrrr creamy and coconutty, and packed full of noodles, tofu and veg! I did enjoy it and I’m glad I tried something different, although I probably wouldn’t order it again. I think if the tofu was fried or seasoned in some way before being added to the broth this would really level it up! 🥥 Panang curry with tofu & veg and coconut rice 🍚 This was Freddie’s main but I tried a little bit! I would definitely come back for it, it was super flavourful and the combination of veg worked really well 🤩 The coconut rice was also delicious! Stir fried morning glory and stir fried green beans 🌶️ Both were a simple side dish done really well! They still had some crunch and the sauce was packed full of flavour 🤤 Honorable mention for the lychee and mango bubble tea too - this was absolutely delicious, I could’ve drunk gallons of the stuff 😍 pr invite - no obligation to post & all opinions my own
