Easy peasy Couscous Pittu with ; 🍃Sri Lankan Coconut Milk curry 🍃Spicy Chicken curry 🍃Chili paste . . . , 🔸Add salt to Couscous and then add boiling water and cover it for 5-10 minutes. (I god 500g Couscous and added water around 1 1/2 cups. Should not add water until it covers Couscous , but should be bit less ) 🔸Then add freshly scraped coconut and any veggies (I added only carrots, finely chopped onions and green chillies ). Make sure veggies are finely chopped before adding. And mix everything well. Then steam these using a pittu maker and serve with any kind of curries you wish. . . .
