Build a Strong and Healthy Foundation for Your Baby ✨ Hey mom, your baby’s health starts with what you nourish your body with—and it begins way before pregnancy. 🤱🏼The superfoods I’m sharing aren’t just for during pregnancy, but should be your go-to before ovulation, throughout pregnancy, and after! Trust me, these powerhouse foods will set you and your little one up for success. 👌🏼 Tip: Whenever you can, buy fresh from your local farm or fisherman. Not only does it support local businesses, but it ensures you’re getting the best quality food. Look for pasture-raised animals, 100% grass-fed and finished, living on healthy soil. And when it comes to fruits, stick to what grows locally, pick them in the wild if you can, and always go pesticide-free and organic! 👶 Nourishing essentials: Focus on animal fats and fat-soluble vitamins like vitamin A (Retinol), D3, K2, and essential minerals like zinc, iron, magnesium, copper, and iodine. For example, pasture-raised eggs are loaded with choline, which helps with brain development! And don’t forget those healthy fats from fatty fish and meat rich in DHA—perfect for baby’s brain and eye development. 🦉Here’s the best part - when you eat seasonally, just like our ancestors did, you’ll naturally fill your plate with wholesome proteins and fats. It’s what nature intended for us. And mom, while you’re building that strong foundation for your baby, you’ll notice a shift in your own body too! By giving yourself the right nutrients, you’ll be supporting your health in ways you might not even realize yet. But trust me, it’s SO worth it! You’ll be glowing from the inside out. ✨ 💬 Now tell me—what’s YOUR favorite superfood? #pregnancyfood #babyfood #kidshealth #nutritionforkids #breastfeedingmom #newmom #babyfoodideas #traditionalfood #pastureraised #grassfedbutter #animalbasedpregnancy #pastureraisedeggs #bonebroth #rawmilk #pregnancynutrition

Magic Mineral Bone Broth! ✨🍵 Bye bye collagen supplements! As you can see in this infographic, bone broth is packed with nutrients. Let's dive into a few of these nutrients found in bone broth, starting with: Collagen Collagen is the most abundant protein in your body, making up about 15 percent of your dry weight. Without it, we'd literally fall apart! Bone broth is one of the best natural sources of collagen, offering incredible health benefits like: ☑️ Maintaining a healthy gut barrier ☑️ Improving the appearance of skin, hair, and nails ☑️ Enhancing joint health and bone formation ☑️ Aiding liver function, including its ability to detoxify ☑️ Reducing cellulite Vitamin C and silicon, both found in bone broth, are crucial for collagen crosslinking, a process that strengthen and protects collagen from damage. 💁🏼♂️Collagen's benefits don't stop there. It includes glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), molecules that keep our joints healthy. Since we often skip slow-cooked meals, many of us turn to joint supplements containing glucosamine. Did you know? Glucosamine, a member of the GAG family, stimulates the growth of new, healthy collagen and repairs joints. For this very reason, I believe it’s truly worth it to take the time to prepare a flavorful pot of bone broth! 🆚 Collagen vs Gelatin Collagen and gelatin are similar but not the same. Gelatin results from boiling collagen-rich bones, because when you boil collagen-rich bones, the collagen breaks down and releases gelatin. This process also extracts minerals, electrolytes, and amino acids, creating a nutrient-dense, consumable gelatin. The thicker the gelatin becomes after refrigeration, the more nutritional value it provides. 🍵How to make a perfect broth? Over five years, I've perfected my bone broth recipe for a consistent, nutrient-rich jelly broth. I've compiled all my tips, tricks, and FAQs into an ebook. So now, you can benefit from all my hard-earned tips without the trial and error, and your soups will never be the same! 🔗 The book is available on my profile Bon(e) Apetit! 🫶🏼 #bonebroth #guthealth #gelatin #collagendrink #collagenpowder #electrolytes #nutrientdense #animalbased #carnivorediet

✨ Your future baby’s health starts with you - today! The future of your baby depends on the choices you make long before conception. In today’s world, it’s crucial to take responsibility for your health. What you eat, your connection with nature and sunlight, how you sleep, how you move, breathe, think and even how you manage stress are all key factors. We live in a time where everything seems to be toxic - overexposure to blue light, non-native EMF, pollution, and all kinds of chemicals surround us. Our connection to nature has been lost. We stay indoors, hidden behind windows, we rarely step outside, and no longer walk barefoot on the earth. This disconnection from nature and our own bodies is affecting fertility and our future generations. To create a healthy future, we must reclaim our health and our bond with nature. It's time to change now! 💬 Feel free to share what you did do to optimize your health before and during pregnancy! ✨ 🫶 #HealthyBaby #healthypregnancy #PreConception #NaturalLiving #NewMom #FertilityAwareness

Healthy Fats and Protein for Growing Toddlers Many common toddler foods, like juice boxes and crackers, are low in fat and high in sugar. While they may taste good, they often contain chemicals, allergens, and other things that don’t provide real nutrition. There’s a better way to feed your child with healthy fats proteins, and better drink choices. Why Fat is Important for Toddlers: Fat is a great source of energy for kids, and a fat-rich diet can: • Help your child feel full and prevent overeating. • Ensure important vitamins and nutrients are absorbed. • Support the immune system by fighting germs. • Keep blood sugar levels balanced. • Aid digestion and help absorb more nutrients. • Provide fuel for brain growth and development. • Promote healthy skin and cells. • Make meals tastier! ✨ Let your toddler enjoy foods like butter (leven on vegetables), whole milk, full-fat yogurt, red meat, bone marrow, and dark-meat poultry with the skin. These healthy fats will help them grow strong and healthy! 🗨️ What's your toddler's favorite food? #toddlerfood #babyfoodideas #toddlermeals #healthyfats #newmom #parentingtips #nutrientdense #grassfed #pastureraised #mealideas

🤰Sacred Foods for Fertility and Pregnancy For centuries, indigenous cultures have honored sacred foods that nourish the body, especially during critical life stages like pregnancy, fertility, and early motherhood. These foods were not merely suggestions—they were essential, passed down from elders to young couples, pregnant women, and new mothers. When Dr. Weston A. Price studied these traditional diets, he uncovered a powerful secret: these sacred foods were not only rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and iron, but also packed with what he called “fat-soluble activators” like vitamins A, D, and K2. These vitamins are essential because they help our bodies absorb minerals—key nutrients needed for fertility, a healthy pregnancy, and optimal development of babies. Dr. Price emphasized that without these vitamins, even a diet rich in minerals may not be enough. He stated: “Most people cannot absorb more than half of the calcium and phosphorus from the foods eaten. The amounts utilized depend directly on the presence of other substances, particularly fat-soluble vitamins.” These special vitamins—A, D, and K2—are crucial for helping the body use the minerals it needs for strong bones, healthy development, and a balanced system, especially during pregnancy. Some of the most nutrient-dense sacred foods include liver, fish roe, raw milk, and bone marrow, all of which were revered by traditional cultures for nourishing both mothers and babies. Liver, for instance, is a fertility powerhouse, providing iron, folate, B vitamins, and vitamin A to support pregnancy and postpartum recovery. For babies, liver is also an ideal first food because it is rich in iron—crucial as a baby's natural iron stores begin to decrease around six months. Small fatty fish like sardines and anchovies are another wonderful option, providing calcium, vitamins A, D, and B12, while being low in mercury. Ps. These sacred foods aren’t just for babies and expectant mothers—adults can benefit, too! ✨ #wapf #ancestraldiet #nourishingfood #rawmilk #fitpregnancy #newmom #pregnancyhealth #prenatalhealth #babyhealth #pregnantlife #fertilityjourney #bonebroth #fitpregnancy #nourished

My point of view is that high vitamin K levels at birth could interfere with the beneficial effects of cord blood stems from the understanding that stem cells in cord blood play a vital role in healing any damage or trauma that may occur during childbirth. Cord blood is rich in stem cells, which are crucial for tissue repair and regeneration, including healing after the physical stress of birth. These stem cells help to repair damaged tissues in the baby, ensuring better recovery and adaptation post-delivery. When blood clotting is elevated due to high vitamin K (because that's what it's doing), the movement of cord blood and its stem cells might be hindered, potentially reducing the body’s natural ability to heal injuries effectively. Research highlights how stem cells from cord blood have neuroprotective and regenerative properties, showing their importance in healing tissues like the brain after birth trauma. For instance, trials have shown stem cells' role in helping repair brain damage from prenatal strokes. I'm also not a fan of the K shot because the liver of a newborn does not begin to function until 3 or 4 days after birth. As a result your baby has very limited ability to detoxify the large dose of synthetic vitamin K and all the questionable ingredients in the injection cocktail, including: • Phenol (carbolic acid a poisonous substance derived from coal tar. • Lecithin (from soy bean oil) • Acetic acid (astringent, antimicrobial agent) • Benzyl alcohol (preservative) • Propylene glycol (better known as antifreeze and a hydraulic in brake fluid) From the website of National Institutes of Heath - Vitamin K1 Injection: "Severe reactions, including fatalities, have occurred during and immediately after Intravenous injection of phytonadione, even when precautions have been taken to dilute the phytonadione and to avoid rapid infusion. Mom's breast milk isn't defective, again it looks like we've ignored the laws of mother nature. Nature doesn't make bad fats, factories do! 💥 Industrial seed oils are the highly processed oils extracted from soybeans, corn, rapeseed (canola), cottonseed and sunflower and safflower seeds. After the seeds are gathered, they are heated to extremely high temperatures to oxidize the fatty acids. Also during this process they use chemicals to extract the oil, and they deodorize and bleach it. This creates byproducts that are very very harmful to your health. Omega-6s are found in oils such as corn, safflower, sunflower, soy and vegetable and products made with those oils. Excess consumption of omega-6s can and will trigger the body to produce pro-inflammatory chemicals. There are a lot of problems with industrial seed oils, all of which play a significant role in chronic inflammatory disease, for example: 👎🏼 The consumption of industrial seed oils represents an evolutionary mismatch. 👎🏼 Eating industrial seed oils raises our omega-6-to-omega-3 fatty acid ratios, with significant consequences for our health. 👎🏼 Industrial seed oils are unstable, are almost always oxidized and oxidize easily. 👎🏼 They contain harmful additives. 👎🏼 They’re derived from genetically modified crops. 👎🏼 When industrial seed oils are repeatedly heated (as restaurants do in fryers), even more toxic byproducts are created. Yikes! A number of chronic inflammatory diseases have been linked to a number of chronic health problems such as cognitive and mental health issues (this is a BIG one!) such as migraines, depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, dementia, and even Alzheimer’s disease. But also INFERTILITY, asthma, obesity, and heart disease (they are far from being heart healthy!) and more. The best thing you can do for your own health and the health of your family is to get rid of all vegetable oils and margarines from your home. Simply throw them out! ✅ Replace them with saturated fats like raw butter, ghee, tallow for cooking and optional a good quality fresh cold pressed extra virgin olive and avocado oil for dressing. 💬 What's your favorite fat? #seedoil #ghee #pregnancynutrition #butter #tallow #lard #duckfat #healthyfats #lchf #parentingadvice #healthykids
