6 month old baby’s first food recipe🍠🍌 Sweet potato+banana puree recipe 1. Take one small sweet potato. Wash and steam it for 15 to 20 mins until soft and easy to poke with fork. Remove the skin and set aside 2. Take one small banana and mash it well. Add the sweet potato and mash it until well combined. You can also puree this in mixer by adding little water. 3. Sweet potato and sooji halwa for one year plus babies and toddlers🍠🥣 If you are making this for babies below one year use water instead of milk and skip jaggery. Recipe⬇️ 1. Steam one or two sweet potato for 15 to 20 mins. Remove the skin,mash it and set aside 2. Take a pan and add one tablespoon of sooji/rava. 3. Dry roast it for 5 mins 4. Add one teaspoon of ghee and roast it again 5. Now add one cup milk. Let it cook in low flame for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. 6. Now add one teaspoon of jaggery. This step is optional. You can also add date paste instead of jaggery. Date paste- soak 4 to 5 dates in hot water for an hour and grind it to smooth paste. 7. Mix everything well and cook until it becomes thick and reaches halwa consistency. 8. Carrot halwa for one year plus babies🥕 No sugar No jaggery Recipe⬇️ 1. Soak 5 to 6 dates in hot water for half an hour. Grind it into paste and set aside 2. Wash,peel and grate 2 carrots 3. Take a pan and add one tbsp ghee 4. Add the grated carrot and saute for 10 mins in very low flame. The carrot should not burn 5. Now add one cup milk and date paste.
