Breakfast, brunch, lunch & evening drinks @galleria_lds has it all. 🫶🏻😋 This chilled spot in Armely is only 5 mins from the city centre but with parking & places to work from, it provides the best spot for meet ups. We tried their daytime menu which included their wood fired flatbreads, I’ve wanted to try these for so long. The Reuben was amazing with butter pickles & lots of mustard dressing, but my fave was the Aubergine & Pesto which apparently is one of their most popular from the menu. They’re so light, fluffy & I couldn’t think of anything else I’d want for a lunch this cosy season. We couldn’t visit without trying their woodfired cinnamon rolls, they were toasty on the outside & fluffy in the middle. 👌🏻 There’s lots of events on next door @projecthouselds too which makes this a great spot for a bite to eat before heading to a gig. 10/10 spot on the outskirts of Leeds. My parents at the end though.. 🥹 I’ve been to a light trail every year & I do think this has to be one of my favourites. FINALLY managed to visit @the_brownie_barn in Howgill during our stay at @howgillcampsite & it was better than I even imagined. 🥰🫶🏻 With snow & ice everywhere, me & my sister were well in need of a warm lunch. CONTRAST THERAPY IN YORKSHIRE 💧🔥 There’s a first time for everything & this week I went to experience @reyt_sauna .There’s nothing like this in the area & I’ve heard so much about cold therapy that I just had to go try it. One of the absolute highlights for us was the view in the sauna, we genuinely could have sat there all day staring out @farmercopleys fields! 🌳 The sessions are an hour long & £15pp. During this time Natalie recommends you have 3 cold water dips in the @urban_ice_tribe baths mixed with the hot sauna inbetween each one. I’d definitely say don’t worry if you don’t make it longer than 30 seconds on the first try, your brain really does tell you to get out, but we managed to push through that second time. The cold water seriously wakes you up, we felt refreshed & ready for the day! 🙌🏻😄 Finishing with a few mins in the sauna brings your body back to temperature & we definitely didn’t leave feeling cold. If you want to grab a hot drink or snacks after, @farmercopleys have their Farm kitchen on site! ☕️ There’s the little outdoor changing rooms on site. Bring a towel, swimsuit, flip flops. Natalie is on site to assist if you need anything & give you tips on how to make the most of your experience. 🫶🏻 Consider adding new experiences to your list this year! Is there a cuter way to spend an afternoon?! 🐶 We headed to @terminus_tap_and_bottle_shop in Meanwood where @puppy_love_events had set up an hour long Husky puppy cuddle & play session. I think this had to be one of the cutest afternoons, helping the pups social skills and building their confidence as well as giving them lots of cuddles & love. 🥰 @puppy_love_events only work with council certified breeders & all these puppies have their forever homes lined up.
