✨Paneer Butter Masala✨ Paneer Butter Masala, a true comfort for my soul but chaos for my shirt👕 But no worries, @tide.india’s Tide Double Power has got my back✨ Stains vanish at lightening speed and I’m back to stirring up happiness while my clothes are smelling fresh & nice🥰 What’s your ultimate comfort food?💛 Recipe: -6 tomatoes, chopped -4 green chillies -5 garlic cloves -2” ginger -8-9 cashews, soaked -2 tsp red chilli powder -2 cups water -200g paneer, cubed -1 tsp red chilli powder -2 onions, finely chopped -1 tsp jeera -1 tsp red chilli powder -1 tsp garam masala -1 tsp jeera powder -1 tbsp fresh cream -1 tsp kasuri methi -Salt to taste Method: -Blend together tomatoes, cashews, ginger, garlic, chillies and red chilli powder. Set aside. -Coat the paneer with some red chilli powder and salt. Cook till a skin forms and keep aside. -In a pan, add some oil along with jeera and onions, followed by the blended puree. To this add the masalas and let them cook till the oil separates. -Add the paneer to the curry. -Finish with kasuri methi and fresh cream. #Tide #TideIndia

✨ Paneer Pepper Fry Sandwich ✨ Crunchy, creamy, and absolutely irresistible! 🥪✨ This Paneer Pepper Fry Sandwich is the perfect combo of spicy, tangy, and smooth with the perfect creamy center – thanks to my secret ingredient, @hellmannsindia Mayonnaise. Whether it’s the rich mayo layers or the twist of green chutney, every bite is pure indulgence. Try it and thank me later! 👩🍳 For Paneer: * Paneer, cut into thick slices – 200 grams * Cornflour - 2 tbsp * Red chilli powder - 1 tsp * Turmeric powder - 1 tsp * Garam masala - 1 tsp * Freshly ground coarse black pepper – 1 tbsp * Salt- to taste * Oil (for sautéing and frying) * Curry leaves - few * Green Chillies Finely chopped – 2 to 3 chillies * Garlic finely chopped - 1 tbsp * Ginger finely chopped - 1 tbsp * Green capsicum, julienned – 1 cup * Red onion, thinly sliced – 1 cup For Sandwich: * Sourdough bread – sliced / Sliced bread * Butter or ghee - 2 tbsp * Hellmann's Mayonnaise- ¼ cup or 15g * Green chutney - 2 tbsp Instructions: 1. Cut the paneer into thick slices and marinate with salt, dry spices and pepper fry masala. Set aside for the flavors to develop. 2. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the paneer until golden brown and crispy. 3. Heat a pan and toast the sourdough slices by applying mayonnaise until both sides are crispy and golden. 4. In the same pan, sauté the onions, curry leaves, green chillies and green capsicum over high heat & season with salt and pepper fry masala along with the paneer. 5. Spread a generous layer of Hellmann’s Mayonnaise on one side and the green chutney mayonnaise mix on the other side. 6. Place the pepper fry paneer on top. Add another dollop of mayonnaise on top. 7.
