TGIF! What are you drinking this weekend? Me? Fine à l’eau This drink was highly popular some 100+ years ago and traditionally made with just cognac and water. It’s gradually been gaining new traction with cocktail aficionados. I happily found I had a bottled fine à l’eau in my fridge from @bar_nouveau_ so I had an elevated version to kick off the weekend! To make it at home you can keep it simple and add a bit of water to cognac, to your taste.
