Last month , I went back to São Paulo after more than 15 years & gonna had two relaxing nights @rosewoodsaopaulo #world50besthotels before Latam 50 Best in Rio , which turned out to be one of my most memorable trips , well due to usually quite reliable @british_airways not only was delayed and ended up left my luggage at Heathrow , the attitude of some ground staff there was honestly extremely unhelpful… - Luckily the team of @edouardgros @juliettegranon came to rescue and they are just one of kind ! The breathtaking restaurant not only serve French classic cuisine with Louis XV’s signature twist , most of the cutleries and tablewares are sourced and selected by monsieur himself, not to mention was designed by late @zaha_hadid_official. - I was totally blown away when I went to #MorpheusHotel @cityofdreamsmacau for the shooting for #VogueTables @voguehongkong early September ; even though we were just sampling few dishes, the flavor & technique are perfectly spot on. Last weekend I was so thrilled to be back and while sitting on the luxurious banquettes right in the middle of dazzling dining room, the lustre of endless crystal curtains just enhances the unique experience. - This collaboration dinner featured Michelin starred restaurant @phenix_sh_ , led by executive chef @ugo_rinaldo whom also used to work at Louis XV. Both restaurants believe firmly on serving the best hyper seasonal produce and pay homage to savoir- faire of French gastronomy. - Our dinner started with freshly cooked Barbajuan , crisp snack from Monte Carlo along with few meticulously crafted Amuse Bouche such as pumpkin seed and jelly tartelette ; followed by classic 30 years old Louis XV dish - Mediterranean Gamberoni , Delicate Gelée & Gold Caviar. - The "Royal " langoustines were lightly seared with fig leaves, ceps and Veal trotters ( #phenixshanghai ) , one of my favorite dishes with an autumn touch. And followed by hand- dived scallop , Broccolitti and sea grapes & watercress ( #alainducasseatmorpheus) , which fully demonstrated chef Cedric’s creativity and originality. My main course was replaced by M8 Wagyu beef with white truffle and their chocolate & coffee desserts are just to die for.. of course, can’t leave without having THE BEST Baba au Rhum. 💜Merci beaucoup for a wonderful evening.

I don’t know anyone else in Hong Kong has such high calibration and solid experience on hard - core competition background , round of applause and congratulations to @blacksheeprestaurants to have so many talented people ) - Our fabulous evening started @themurrayhk with canapés from one of my favorite Korean chefs @sunkimchi 🌟🌟@metasingapore ; ex- third place SP winner @kevinwongxx 🌟☘️@seroja.sg and one of the best in HK @eric.raty 🌟🌟 @arborhk with The Murray team as well -such a joy to be part of this great community, Grazie Mille @sanpellegrino_official @mchelll @robertocaroni @paolocami , and congratulations again to all the mentors and finalists, it’s really a privilege to share your passion and dedication 🫶🫶🫶

Another fun working experience with dear @susanjungfood for inaugural edition of #VogueTables #vogueliving @voguehongkong featuring #天頤yi #morpheushotelmacau @yimorpheusmacau @cityofdreamsmacau helmed by Chef @wong_angelo . From their hot & sour fish maw soup , steamed grouper with Iberico ham to the Wagyu beef with preserved radish & rock rice and the nourishing sago bird nest dessert, all the dishes were freshly prepared during our shooting , so everything you guys see here were our authentic reactions 🤩 , so delicious! It’s such a joy to get back in front of the camera and working with all the extremely talented people from @cityofdreamsmacau and the familiar faces from production team @rubison_mkt #thanksforhavingme ❤️ @desiree_vogue
