It was a true blessing! 🫶 Following LING LONG Beijing's ranking at No. 77 in 「Asia's 50 Best Restaurants 2023」, LING LONG Shanghai made our debut on the list and was announced as No. 36. 🙏 The LING LONG team is deeply honored and sincerely grateful to receive such an extraordinary award, and we couldn't have come so far without the recognition of the industry and the support of every diner.  @hesen_liu and every team member will take this as encouragement to remain focused on our path, allowing the vast and ever-evolving Chinese cuisine to continue flowing and inheriting on the LING LONG dining table.

We’re thrilled to share that Chef @hesen_liu has been awarded the prestigious “WORLD CLASS” honor at @thebestchefawards 2024 in Dubai, 🎉becoming the only modern Chinese cuisine chef in charge of restaurants in mainland China to receive this title. This marks his second year of international recognition, standing alongside world-renowned pioneers and talented peers. 🙏 LING LONG has always been committed to presenting the traditional essence of Chinese cuisine to the world through modern techniques. 🫶This honor strengthens our belief in exploring the rich heritage of Chinese culinary arts and ensuring its essence is passed down.
