Cellar to Table X Testina Four hands Dinner’s Night Concludes Successfully, A Gastronomic Feast that Ignited the Taste Buds Cellar to Table‘s first four-handed dinner with Hong Kong’s renowned restaurant Testina officially came to a successful conclusion yesterday! This culinary feast was a perfect illustration of the art of modern Italian cooking, a packed house was filled to capacity with diners impressed by the innovative menu created by Chef Francesco Bonvini, Marco Xodo and our team of chefs. This four-handed dinner was not only a coordinated exchange between two top chefs, but also a fusion and collision of international culinary cultures. On the night of the dinner, Chef Francesco Bonvini and Marco Xodo presented a number of unique limited edition dishes to the guests, combining traditional and modern Italian cuisine with exquisite skills and a keen understanding of the ingredients, creating a rich palate. From the tender beef tongue and the creative Guangdong yellow chicken salad, to the rich risotto and roasted bone marrow... each dish is imbued with the classic flavors of Italian cuisine, while incorporating innovative interpretations of the two chefs‘ personal styles, which have won enthusiastic acclaim from diners. During this highly anticipated dinner, guests not only enjoyed a limited number of carefully designed dishes, but also had the opportunity to taste a selection of fine Italian wines. Especially worth mentioning was a precious 6-liter magnum of “Le Serre Nuove dell’Ornellaia” wine, which added a sense of luxury and ceremony to the whole evening experience. This superb Tuscan wine, known as one of the “four great elegance”, with its deep sense of structure, complex aroma and long aftertaste, became the focus of the evening, not only as a feast for the eyes, but also as the pinnacle of the tastebuds.
