My client Ben has been training on my program for 3 weeks now. Today his mom took a picture of his foot prints after getting out of the pool. For the first time his print has a visible arch!! Ben first started training with me, because his feet and ankles were hurting when he would run. Now the pain has significantly decreased, and it’s only been 3 weeks! Excited to see him make more progress on this journey! If you’re interested in a program that rebuilds your posture and movement patterns from the ground up, click the link in my bio and schedule a free movement assessment with me! #runninginjury #running #plantarfasciitis #shinsplints #foothealth

Want to fix your posture and get out of pain? My training program is designed to realign your body, create more mobility, and build strength from the ground up! All programs are personalized based off of an initial posture and movement assessment. Then throughout the program, you’ll be coached by me to ensure proper form of all exercises. Every month we will reassess and give you new exercises that will challenge you and help you to fix imbalances. The exercises are tailored to the level you are currently at! After a short period of time, you will be sitting, standing, and moving with better posture and less effort! Interested in joining the program? Click the link in my bio to get started!

My client Ed is getting great results on the program! Before we started working together he had a very tight and compressed right hip (watch his walk video). Now about 12 weeks later, he’s lengthened everything out and is moving and feeling better! His right hip was causing him pain and making his movements very rigid. He progressed through the program and decompressed his feet, ankles, hips, and spine. He’s restoring his joints mobility and this is allowing him to move more freely! Build strength with these goata exercises! These exercises will help you build strength and muscle without sacrificing your movement mechanics. Traditional strength training is great for building strength and muscle but it can create compression and faulty movement patterns. If you’re looking to get out of joint pain and want to start moving better… Click the link in my bio and schedule a free movement assessment with me!

If you are in pain… get back to the ground! We are designed to rest on the ground, watch young kids how they sit and you’ll see innate resting postures and natural mobility! We lose this mobility and strength through years of chair sitting… The goata ground work is the bridge to getting your ground resting postures back and making them comfortable! Use this stretch you fix your hips! This is a great exercise to balance out your hips, many of us have imbalances from too much sitting and poor exercise choice. When you keep the foot pressure (toes in, heels away) on the back foot, you’ll strengthen your arch and mobilize your ankles! Make sure to keep your front foot straight. Lastly, lead with your head and not your hip, this will train you to stay back chain dominant! Follow me for more training tips!

Stop lifting weights! If you have joint pain you are causing more compression in your body and this is a cycle of pain. Just look at what happens to your feet and ankles when you lift, crooked feet and collapsed arches! Pain free movement starts from the ground up, and our feet should land straight without any collapse! If you are interested in a program that decompresses your body and unlocks mobility from the ground up… Click the link in my bio and schedule a free movement assessment with me!

This exercise will help perfect your running form and get you out of pain for good! This goata exercise is called the back chain side walks. It is amazing for building strong and stable feet/ankles, and helps you access your glutes when you run! When you get good at this exercise you’ll be able to maintain great upper body posture when you run and your foot strike will be so strong! If you want to start working with me on this program… Click the link in my bio and schedule a free movement assessment with me!

Back drop taps will get your feet right! This is a great exercise that builds strength from the ground up. It will help you realign your feet to point straight and develop an inner ankle bone high platform. The position will also teach you how to activate your glutes while you run and fix your upper body posture! Follow me for more training tips!

Start resting in this position and you’ll see amazing benefits! This posture is called side saddle, it is one of the more difficult ground resting positions. If you feel restricted while in this position, place a yoga block under your butt. This posture will naturally increase ankle mobility, strengthen your feet, and help decompress your spine! Stop moving with crooked feet! Stop letting your arches collapse! These movement behaviors are what causes joint pain over time. We have an ideal alignment and pattern that keeps us safe and out of pain… the further we move away from this ideal the quicker we start to break down. If you are interested in a movement system that will realign you from the ground up and create proper movement mechanics… Click the link in my bio and schedule a free movement assessment with me!
