Today, I’m honored to unveil the JA Beginner Bands, a tool I’ve poured my heart into creating for you. These bands are more than just fitness equipment—they’re a way to bring gentle, effective workouts into your home, helping you feel stronger, more mobile, and more confident every day. This set, complete with resistance bands and a door attachment, transforms any space into a gentle gym. Whether you’re just starting out, working on mobility, or finding your rhythm, these bands were made with your journey in mind. I’ve teamed up with my brother in law, Vee - who some of you might know as my sister Nalie’s life partner. We were inspired by my sister’s journey who used resistance bands as a way to navigate her cancer journey with more confidence and ease. This is dedicated to her. For the moment, the JA Beginner Bands are available to the US and Canada and we’re using Amazon as our distributor to make this possible and affordable. However, with your support, we’re hoping to have our own process and warehouse in the near future!
