Always working on the GLUTES π The workout: Sumo Romanian Deadlift - I decided to switch up my stance for RDL. I've done these in my past two workouts and love the way they feel. Smith Machine Hip Thrust - always in my glute routine. I slapped on the 25s for my last set and hit 10reps ππΌ Smith Machine Deficit Reverse Lunge - these are a favorite of mine. Love how well they hit the glutes. Lying Hamstring Curl - these always get me. Big love/hate relationship. Glute Kickback Machine - I stand instead of kneeling. It doesn't work for everyone, but I feel more stable and can drive heavy weight more efficiently.
