As 2024 draws to a close, it is time for personal reflections and gatherings with all the people we care about. Somehow we spend the better half of the year just cruising, or tumbling and stumbling, always putting off those reunions, catching-ups and gatherings we swear to do, but we don’t, and suddenly it is Dec, and Xmas and the new year are just around the corner… I’m really making an effort these days to make these important occasions happen. Reconnecting, showing appreciation, bringing joy to others, all this means so much to me.  Is there someone you haven’t reconnected with for a while? Maybe it is time to reach out. Or have you been neglecting someone close to you? Well, start making plans already. 😉😍💜

入行這麼多年都一直沒機會和 @lee_sisong 老師合作，直到現在！雖然是遲來的緣分，可是總相信現在永遠是最好的時候！There’s no time like the present. 很開心能夠演唱大家熱切期待著的電視劇，#小娘惹之翡翠山 的主題曲 - “落花如雨”. 這首歌的班底實在太厲害了- 李偲菘作曲兼製作，木子 作詞（他寫的“家”到現在還是那麼刻骨銘心), @terenceteo69 編曲，我經常合作的 @horus_studios 錄音與混音。這首歌帶著濃濃的南洋風，懷舊但不失大器的戲劇張力，我唱的非常過癮。 拍攝MV的過程也特別有feel, 因為 導演 選擇了在他們拍劇的古色古香的房子里拍攝這支MV. 當我穿梭在別墅里的房間和走廊之間，彷彿自己也在穿越時空，窺探著劇里人事物的點滴。 你們期待嗎？ #EmeraldHill #mediacorpEmeraldHill

I just watched the documentary “Will & Harper” on Netflix today, and it struck such a deep chord within me... no, not that I wanna be a trans-man anytime soon😆😅, but that it was very deeply moving and illuminating on so many levels. First of all, there is the courage of Harper to finally live authentically to herself and not for anyone else. Then, there is the friendship between her and Will. But what impacted me most was the reaction and acceptance of the strangers they met on their journey. People we expect to be judgemental and even dangerous, turned out to be understanding, curious, and embracing. As I get older and have lived life in so many places, I have come to the conclusion that people are fundamentally kind. People want to connect and understand a fellowman. When face to face with honesty and openness, it is rare that people do not reciprocate. The problem lies in who is gonna do it first? Who will tear down their side of the fence first, and approach with arms open, vulnerable, and offering friendship, if the other person would have it. I think it has to be us. You and I. We gotta be the ones to take that first step. I think we will be rewarded with wonderful surprises #RoadTrips #KitOffDuty #WillAndHarper

Nothing tastes better than food you have grown with your own hands, or foraged from the wild. I continue to dream of having my own garden farm one day... and I believe that dreams do come true, all in good time. All in His time 🙏🌈💜
