10 SECOND LATERAL RAISE TIP When you lift the weight, do not let your hands rise above your elbows. This shifts the tension to your front delts, traps, and rotator cuffs. Instead, lead the movement with your elbows and keep them in line with your hands to target your side delts.
Rear Delt Flyes: Know The Difference â ď¸ . Rear Delt Flyes is one of my favourite rear delt exercise. I love this movement because you can really feel the back of your shoulders working. When performing this exercise with a T-Raise, this will emphasize your Mid-Traps & Rhomboid muscles. However, when performing this exercise with a 45 Degrees, this will emphasize your Rear Delts.
